L\u2019alumnat de PFI del perfil d’hostaleria de Girona hem estat treballant de manera transversal entre els diferents m\u00f2duls comuns impartits durant tot el curs; matem\u00e0tiques, catal\u00e0, seguretat i higiene\u2026\u00a0 tamb\u00e9 hem desenvolupant compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques com la compet\u00e8ncia digital, de comunicaci\u00f3, art\u00edstica\u2026 etc.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per\u00f2 no podem oblidar les compet\u00e8ncies professionals, afavorint la integraci\u00f3 dels coneixements i habilitats adquirides en els m\u00f2duls:<\/span><\/p>\n

Han triat una oferta d\u2019un men\u00fa amb uns entrants, primers plats , segons plats i postres.<\/span><\/p>\n

Han buscat receptes i han confeccionat les fitxes t\u00e8cniques de cada plat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Han fet les comandes per poder disposar de totes les mat\u00e8ries primeres.<\/span><\/p>\n

Han fet el disseny de la carta i han posat preu a la seva oferta.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finalment han confeccionat i presentat els plats que han triat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tampoc cal oblidar l\u2019assoliment d’objectius generals com s\u00f3n el treball cooperatiu o en petit grup, repartiment de tasques, responsabilitat i comprom\u00eds. Sense voler i amb pocs mesos aquests nois i noies s\u2019han convertit en adults que tenen projectes de futur i ganes de seguir tirant endavant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Segur que ho aconseguiran!<\/span><\/p>\n
