Aquest curs, per\u00f2, ha posat en evid\u00e8ncia l\u2019afectaci\u00f3 desigual dels diferents sectors professionals. En el cas concret de\u00a0 l\u2019hoteleria i turisme, ens trobem amb un col\u00b7lectiu especialment damnificat. La capacitat d\u2019innovar i d\u2019adaptar-nos a qualsevol situaci\u00f3 han esdevingut les eines fonamentals per cercar noves maneres de seguir aprenent i millorant la nostra qualificaci\u00f3 professional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des de la Fundaci\u00f3 Merc\u00e8 Pla, el fet de desenvolupar un <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-verge-cinta\/categoria\/pfi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PFI destinat a alumnat amb NEE <\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0ens permet fraccionar els aprenentatges en dos cursos acad\u00e8mics. Aix\u00f2 ens va permetre, durant el curs anterior, desenvolupar la FCT des de casa com un <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/general\/fct-des-de-casa-serveis-auxiliars-de-cuina-i-catering-a-domicili-a-traves-de-la-cooperativa-dalumnes-energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">projecte de serveis de cuina i c\u00e0tering a domicili<\/a> des de la cooperativa d\u2019alumnes Energy <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0. En aquell moment vam pensar, tal vegada de manera ing\u00e8nua, que aquest curs 2020-2021 seria ben diferent i que els alumnes de segon any podrien dur a terme les seves pr\u00e0ctiques en empresa tal com havien pogut desenvolupar els seus predecessors.
