{"id":13488,"date":"2022-02-03T15:00:55","date_gmt":"2022-02-03T14:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/?p=13488"},"modified":"2022-02-03T14:43:33","modified_gmt":"2022-02-03T13:43:33","slug":"nadal-connectats-del-pfi-ptt-palamos-palafrugell-dhoteleria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/general\/nadal-connectats-del-pfi-ptt-palamos-palafrugell-dhoteleria\/","title":{"rendered":"Nadal Connectats, del PFI PTT Palam\u00f3s-Palafrugell d&#8217;hoteleria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>\u00a0MICROPROJECTE DE NADAL &#8220;CONNECTATS&#8221;-\u00a0PFI PTT AUXILIAR D\u2019HOTELERIA, CUINA I SERVEIS EN LA RESTAURACI\u00d3\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquest primer trimestre, l\u2019alumnat del PFI PTT d \u2019Auxiliar d\u2019Hoteleria, cuina i serveis en la restauraci\u00f3 ha realitzat el microprojecte anomenat \u201cNadal Connectat\u201d a trav\u00e9s del qual els alumnes han pogut adquirir les compet\u00e8ncies a nivell general i professional de manera motivadora\u00a0 i transversal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el microprojecte hem treballat conjuntament amb l\u2019alumnat dels perfils de Jardineria, Vendes i Serralleria de l&#8217;Institut del Baix Empord\u00e0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tots partim de la participaci\u00f3 amb la Marat\u00f3 de Tv3 on cadascun\u00a0 dels perfils ha aportat els diferents productes elaborats per tal de fer MERCAT a la poblaci\u00f3 de Palam\u00f3s i Palafrugell i aix\u00ed, col.laborar amb el projecte solidari aquest any \u201cSalut Mental\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Referent a Cuina:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaboraci\u00f3 de receptes nadalenques:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mini Torr\u00f3 de Suchard<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Galetes nadalenques de mantega<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melmelada de poma i codony<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vam elaborar un centenar de cadascun dels productes i els vam decorar amb les seves creacions i bosses decoratives.
