En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, es va iniciar la sessi\u00f3 amb la participaci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 de les empreses que participen com a jurat a la final. El jurat es composa per un representant del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, un de Caixabank Dualitza, un de <span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">T-Systems i un de Randstad Fundaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, l&#8217;alumnat va treballar per equips i va seguir les indicacions i propostes pedag\u00f2giques que l&#8217;Enrique Conches i el Jordi D\u00edaz, de Punk Design, els anaven proposant per portar a terme les entrevistes. Una de les fases claus del design thinking. Durant tota la sessi\u00f3, l&#8217;alumnat va experimentar de primera m\u00e0 com fer les entrevistes i recollir informaci\u00f3 que li permetr\u00e0 donar resposta al repte al voltant del qual treballem.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu de les entrevistes entre alumnes \u00e9s tenir en compte un model d&#8217;alumne que determina el repte, \u00e9s a dir, com seria aquest alumne que est\u00e0 desmotivat en la formaci\u00f3 al PFI.
