Aquest concurs dels Programes de Formaci\u00f3 i Inserci\u00f3, del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha treballat el repte <span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cCom podem fomentar la motivaci\u00f3 en la formaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat PFI\u201d,<\/span> durant 8 setmanes, a trav\u00e9s de la metodologia Design Thinking.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Les propostes que han arribat a la gran final, han estat valorades per un jurat compost per una persona representant de Randstad Fundaci\u00f3n, una de T-Systems, una d&#8217;Impact Hub, una de Caixabank i per part del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, el subdirector de Programes i Projectes, de la DGde Formaci\u00f3 Professional, el sr. Andr\u00e9s Villena. L\u2019alumnat ha pogut comunicar i defensar la seva proposta al repte proposat, i respondre les preguntes del jurat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El primer premi ha estat per a l&#8217;alumnat del PFI Jesu\u00eftes, Escola del Clot de Barcelona. I el segon premi parar a l&#8217;alumnat del PFI PTT Granollers. Us animem a que mireu els v\u00eddeos amb les fant\u00e0stiques idees proposades per l\u2019alumnat, al seu <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/pfichallenge\/final-pfi-challenge?authuser=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/pfichallenge\/final-pfi-challenge?authuser%3D0&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1649423192850000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2Q7je1NYZLhiRAORj3YHPq\">web<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Els dos grups guanyadors s\u2019han emportat un port\u00e0til per a cada membre de l\u2019equip, de la m\u00e0 de T-Sysytems. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha sortejat entre tots els alumnes que han assistit a la final un ordinador port\u00e0til. Tots els ordinadors han estat donats <span style=\"color: #000000;\">per l&#8217;empresa T-Systems.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Aquest projecte es porta a terme amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de CaixaBank Dualitza.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tothom va sortir molt content!! Volem donar les gr\u00e0cies per la participaci\u00f3 i la bona predisposici\u00f3 de totes les persones implicades!!
