El dimecres 25 de maig hem tingut la gran sort de poder realitzar el Taller Vinagres Forvm dels Cellers Avgvstvs de la m\u00e0 del seu director comercial Albert Roca.<\/p>\n
L’Albert ens ha deixat del tot bocabadats amb els tastets i les seves espectaculars elaboracions que hem tingut el plaer de degustar. Un gran comunicador, una gran empresa familiar, amb molts valors i molta expertesa. L’alumnat del PFI-PTT d’Auxiliar d’Hoteleria: Cuina i C\u00e0tering i els seus docents, agra\u00efm enormement tota la informaci\u00f3, les reflexions i an\u00e8cdotes sobre el m\u00f3n culinari i dels seus productes. Tant els seus vins com els seus vinagres ens han conquistat.<\/p>\n
Coneix\u00edem el vinagre Forvm Chardonnay perqu\u00e8 el v\u00e0rem utilitzar com a producte del nostre Territori a la Mostra-Concurs Gastron\u00f2mic de Girona, en el qual v\u00e0rem rebre el primer premi. De totes maneres hem apr\u00e8s la seva hist\u00f2ria, elaboraci\u00f3 i aplicacions en el marc gastron\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n
