Tradici\u00f3 molt arrelada al nostre territori.<\/p>\n<p>Els protagonistes s\u00f3n els nostres alumnes, joves adolescents que estan cursant\u00a0el\u00a0<i><b>PFI-PTT d&#8217;auxiliar\u00a0d&#8217;hoteleria: Cuina i C\u00e0tering<\/b><\/i>, els quals se&#8217;ls guia i orienta per preparar el Taller per transmetre a l&#8217;alumnat de<b>\u00a0l\u2019Escola\u00a0Solc\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>de Tarragona, la t\u00e8cnica tradicional de fer Panellets.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Timing del projecte per part del nostre alumnat:<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1781\/2022\/10\/IMG_1855-rotated.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15281 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1781\/2022\/10\/IMG_1855-rotated.jpg\" alt=\"PANELLETS_ALUMNAT\" width=\"402\" height=\"536\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1781\/2022\/10\/IMG_1855-rotated.jpg 627w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1781\/2022\/10\/IMG_1855-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 402px) 100vw, 402px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dilluns<\/strong>, durant dues hores, s\u2019explica l\u2019origen d\u2019aquesta tradici\u00f3, en quines zones es fan panellets, la recepta, els productes de territori que s\u2019utilitzen per l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3&#8230; tamb\u00e9 es duu a terme una classe magistral del massap\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimarts<\/strong>, a la tarda, es fa la classe magistral de panellets i l\u2019alumnat prepara en grups heterogenis el massap\u00e0 per la jornada seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimecres<\/strong>, el gran dia!!! l\u2019alumnat del PFI prepara tots els ingredients i fan una mostra de cada panellet (12 varietats). S\u2019organitza el treball, el rol de cada membre del grup&#8230; A les 11h vindran els companys de l\u2019Escola Solc i han d\u2019estar preparats \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Els m\u00f2duls que s\u2019han treballat en aquest projecte s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u00e8cniques elementals de pre-elaboraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Processos b\u00e0sics de producci\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria<\/li>\n<li>M\u00d2DUL1. Estrat\u00e8gies i eines de comunicaci\u00f3 UF 1 Comunicaci\u00f3 oral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han treballat les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques de l\u2019\u00e0mbit personal i social.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/span> d\u2019aquest microprojecte s\u2019ha realitzat mitjan\u00e7ant la graella d\u2019observaci\u00f3 durant els 3 dies i una r\u00fabrica preparada per l\u2019activitat grupal en que l\u2019alumnat en tot moment n&#8217;era conscient.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esfor\u00e7 de la preparaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha fet palesa, <strong>la jornada ha estat tot un \u00e8xit!<\/strong> S\u2019ha treballat molt a nivell d&#8217;equip docent amb l&#8217;alumnat i el resultat dels Panellets ha estat incre\u00efble. El millor de tot \u00e9s que, tots els alumnes tant els del PFI com de l\u2019Escola SOLC, han apr\u00e9s, han transm\u00e8s, gaudit i col.laborat.
