Aquest projecte \u00e9s una iniciativa de voluntariat corporatiu enfocada a motivar l&#8217;alumnat i, de retruc, a tractar l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur i a incrementar l&#8217;ocupabilitat dels joves. Mitjan\u00e7ant t\u00e8cniques de coaching i mentoring, els voluntaris corporatius que hi participen apropen els joves d&#8217;entre 16 i 19 anys a la realitat de l&#8217;empresa. Junts defineixen un objectiu personal o professional i els passos a seguir per assolir-ho.<br \/>\nEn el projecte Coach d&#8217;enguany han participat 6 PFI dels centres seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>PTT Sant Cugat<\/li>\n<li>PTT Sant Feliu<\/li>\n<li>Institut Escola del Treball<\/li>\n<li>Institut Eugeni d&#8217;Ors<\/li>\n<li>Institut La Guineueta<\/li>\n<li>Institut Tecnol\u00f2gic de Barcelona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durant 20 hores, la persona volunt\u00e0ria de l&#8217;empresa acompanya l&#8217;alumnat al llarg de dos mesos. Les trobades tenen diverses fases: una primera de presa de contacte i una segona on es presenta l&#8217;empresa del voluntari a l&#8217;alumne i es tria un centre d&#8217;inter\u00e8s en qu\u00e8 aprofundir. Aquestes trobades permeten que l\u2019alumne conegui els diferents departaments de l\u2019empresa i anar avan\u00e7ant en els objectius de millora que es plantegen amb un seguiment al llarg de 6 mesos.<\/p>\n<p>El passat 30 de novembre va tenir lloc l\u2019acte de cloenda de la modalitat multiempresa i l\u20191 de desembre la de Lider Coach. Aquestes trobades l\u00fadiques, carregades de dinamisme i treball en equip van permetre compartir experi\u00e8ncies a trav\u00e9s de metodologies creatives (Lego, Design thinking, etc) i fer un reconeixement de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 i la implicaci\u00f3 dels participants.<\/p>\n<p>Molt bona feina a tots els implicats!!<\/p>\n<p>#pfiCAT #ImpulsFP #SomFP<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
