(TIC) amb els ordinadors de l\u2019aula.\ud83d\udcbb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Calculat els ingredients necessaris per a poder dur a terme l\u2019activitat. (Matem\u00e0tiques)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Elaborat varies receptes de bescuits. (Processos b\u00e0sics de producci\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria) \ud83c\udf70<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Organitzat els ingredients, per les decoracions, i utensilis a l\u2019aula, per tal de poder explicar i transmetre el proc\u00e9s com a tutors de l\u2019Escola Solc. (T\u00e8cniques elementals de preelaboraci\u00f3)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Preparat les presentacions, recepci\u00f3 de mercaderies i els suports. L\u2019alumnat de l\u2019Escola Solc ha preparat el suport Nadalenc. (Preparaci\u00f3 i muntatge de materials per a col\u00b7lectivitats i c\u00e0tering) \ud83c\udf7d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant l\u2019activitat final, s\u2019ha posat en valor: \ud83c\udfc5\ud83c\udf93<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; El treball en Equip.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; L\u2019Autonomia en el treball.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; La capacitat de treball.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; El comprom\u00eds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; El respecte per la diversitat d\u2019opinions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; La planificaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Les normes de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals caracter\u00edstiques i pr\u00f2pies del lloc de pr\u00e0ctiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Les normes i respecte cap al medi ambient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha realitzat mitjan\u00e7ant una r\u00fabrica, coneguda pels alumnes, i una graella d\u2019observaci\u00f3. \ud83d\udcd1<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els grans avantatges pel nostre alumnat d\u2019aquest tipus de microprojecte s\u00f3n: \ud83d\udcaa\ud83d\udcaa\ud83d\udcaa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Afavorir la confian\u00e7a i l\u2019autoestima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Augmentar la motivaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Aprendre a pensar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Connectar amb la realitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Potenciar l\u2019habilitat social de saber esperar i saber escoltar mitjan\u00e7ant el treball cooperatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Aprendre a respectar i\u00a0 tolerar als companys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/8Q9KpNcmS9JUiMpX8\">\u00c0lbum fotogr\u00e0fic de l&#8217;activitat<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com sempre, res seria possible sense l\u2019alumnat del PFI-PTT d\u2019auxiliar d\u2019Hoteleria, l\u2019alumnat de l\u2019Escola Solc, les educadores Judith, C\u00e8lia i Elena de l\u2019Escola Solc, l\u2019Institut Pere Martell, el Complex Educatiu de Tarragona i nosaltres, el Xavier i la N\u00faria de l\u2019equip docent del PFI-PTT d\u2019auxiliar d\u2019hoteleria: Cuina i C\u00e0tering.\ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udc4f<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprofitem l\u2019avinentesa per desitjar-vos un Bon Nadal i pr\u00f2sper any 2023!!!
