El curs ofereix un espai d\u2019autoconeixement per identificar i afrontar mecanismes psicol\u00f2gics que poden generar malestar, com inseguretats, estr\u00e8s i problemes d\u2019autoestima. Durant les sessions, s\u2019abordaran estrat\u00e8gies per gestionar conflictes i millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 i la motivaci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula, afavorint una millor relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019alumnat adolescent.
