{"id":21330,"date":"2026-04-13T17:19:51","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T15:19:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/?p=21330"},"modified":"2026-04-13T17:19:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T15:19:51","slug":"docentlabpfi_online-connexio-collaboracio-i-creixement-docent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/pfi\/general\/docentlabpfi_online-connexio-collaboracio-i-creixement-docent\/","title":{"rendered":"DOCENTLABPFI_ONLINE: connexi\u00f3, col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i creixement docent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant el curs 2025-2026, l\u2019Institut Eugeni d\u2019Ors de Badalona ha impulsat el projecte <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DOCENTLABPFI_ONLINE \u2013 Barcelon\u00e8s<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una iniciativa innovadora adre\u00e7ada al professorat dels Programes de Formaci\u00f3 i Inserci\u00f3 (PFI) de la Xarxa PFI-2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte neix amb la voluntat de crear un espai virtual de trobada i intercanvi entre docents, amb l\u2019objectiu de compartir experi\u00e8ncies, detectar necessitats formatives i generar propostes de millora que reforcin la pr\u00e0ctica educativa i la cohesi\u00f3 de la xarxa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al llarg del curs, s\u2019han desenvolupat diferents accions: des de la recollida d\u2019interessos del professorat fins a la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/docentlabpfionline\/p%C3%A0gina-principal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entorn web col\u00b7laboratiu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019una sessi\u00f3 online amb din\u00e0miques cooperatives.
