font-size: 1em;\">Caixa i Fundaci\u00f3 Bar\u00e7a). <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">o El primer film transparent que incorpora un sistema de tall amb guillotina en l&#8217;env\u00e0s (Plasfesa Products i Mercadona). <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">o Tutti, la primera varietat de poma adaptada a climes c\u00e0lids (Institut de Recerca i Tecnologia Agroaliment\u00e0ria, IRTA).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Institut Cerd\u00e0 ha presentat avui la 7\u00aa edici\u00f3 de l&#8217;Observatori d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 en Gran Consum (OIGC) a Espanya a la seu del Ministeri de Ci\u00e8ncia, Innovaci\u00f3 i Universitats (Madrid), on ha anunciat els 20 projectes m\u00e9s innovadors del sector el 2023, que donen resposta als reptes del context actual.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Observatori ha identificat en el seu estudi els 10 reptes que aborda el sector: (1) protecci\u00f3 dels ecosistemes i la biodiversitat, (2) descarbonitzaci\u00f3, (3) foment de l&#8217;economia circular, (4) reducci\u00f3 de les desigualtats socials i territorials, (5) formaci\u00f3 i projecci\u00f3 dels treballadors del sector, (6) nutrici\u00f3 saludable, (7) hiperpersonalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;oferta, (8) gesti\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3 amb el consumidor, (9) cadena de subministrament sostenible, eficient i resilient, i (10) la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 p\u00fablic-privada com a catalitzador de la innovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta edici\u00f3, l&#8217;OIGC ha registrat 350 casos d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de consultar m\u00e9s de mil entitats del sector i de dur a terme un treball de monitoritzaci\u00f3 i an\u00e0lisi durant deu mesos. Entre totes les iniciatives identificades es preseleccionaren 59 projectes i una comissi\u00f3 de 16 experts independents ha determinat finalment les 20 innovacions m\u00e9s destacades d&#8217;aquest any i que m\u00e9s s&#8217;ajusten als par\u00e0metres establerts.<\/p>\n<p>Entre aquestes 20 innovacions seleccionades, l&#8217;Observatori destaca (1) les primeres cerveses elaborades amb excedents de pa del comer\u00e7 alimentari, que promouen Pascual Innoventures, Cervesa Mica i RobinGood; (2) el programa Joves Futur+ dirigit a la inserci\u00f3 sociolaboral de joves extutelats en empreses de sectors com el Gran Consum, de Fundaci\u00f3 La Caixa i Fundaci\u00f3 Bar\u00e7a; (3) el primer film transparent del mercat que incorpora un sistema amb guillotina que facilita el tall del paper amb precisi\u00f3, de Plasfesa Products i Mercadona, o (4) Tutti, la primera varietat de poma adaptada a climes c\u00e0lids, que ha desenvolupat l&#8217;Institut de Recerca i Tecnologia Agroaliment\u00e0ria (IRTA).<\/p>\n<p>Al llarg de les seves primeres set edicions, l&#8217;Observatori d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 en Gran Consum ha identificat prop de dues mil innovacions, localitzades en tots els processos i agents de la cadena, la qual cosa demostra la capacitat del sector per afrontar els continus reptes i respondre amb iniciatives noves als desafiaments actuals i a les demandes dels consumidors.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Observatori es regeix pel Manual d&#8217;Oslo de 2018 de l&#8217;OCDE sobre Innovaci\u00f3, que ent\u00e9n el concepte d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 com &#8220;la concepci\u00f3 i implantaci\u00f3 de nous productes o processos, o la introducci\u00f3 de canvis significatius en aquests&#8221;. En aquest sentit, dues de cada tres innovacions identificades el 2023 s\u00f3n iniciatives en els processos de tot el sector, situant-se per davant de les de producte.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la presentaci\u00f3, Teresa Riesgo, secret\u00e0ria general d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 del Ministeri de Ci\u00e8ncia, Innovaci\u00f3 i Universitats, ha destacat que &#8220;hem de ser capa\u00e7os de traslladar a la societat aquesta capacitat d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 que t\u00e9 tota la cadena de Gran Consum, aquest ha de ser el repte&#8221;. Ha incidit tamb\u00e9 en la import\u00e0ncia del paper dels ciutadans, que han d&#8217;estar implicats juntament amb les empreses en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Isabel Bombal, directora general de Desenvolupament Rural, Innovaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Agroaliment\u00e0ria del Ministeri d&#8217;Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3, que tamb\u00e9 ha participat en la jornada, ha assenyalat &#8220;la innovaci\u00f3 com a eina clau per a l&#8217;impuls socioecon\u00f2mic de les zones rurals&#8221;. Bombal ha apuntat que &#8220;la sostenibilitat, la cohesi\u00f3 social i territorial, el focus en el consumidor i l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia en la cadena s\u00f3n les quatre palanques que impulsen la innovaci\u00f3 en el sector agroalimentari i que contribueixen al desenvolupament integral de les zones rurals&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, Carlos Cabrera, director general de l&#8217;Institut Cerd\u00e0, ha afirmat que &#8220;en aquesta setena edici\u00f3 de l&#8217;Observatori, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha consolidat com un element clau per a la innovaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;avan\u00e7 del sector: el 56% de les iniciatives identificades han estat col\u00b7laboratives entre un fabricant i un distribu\u00efdor, o en projectes de sostenibilitat dutos a terme entre fabricants i el tercer sector.
