Aquesta iniciativa, ha sigut seleccionada a la convocat\u00f2ria Dualiza Orienta de CaixaBank Dualiza (@caixabankdualiza) i FPempresa, (@fpempresa) com un dels millors projectes per a orientar cap a la FP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s dels primers mesos d\u2019implementaci\u00f3, el projecte entra ara en una fase centrada especialment en la recerca aplicada, la conservaci\u00f3 d\u2019espais de refugi i la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de quirocaixes per afavorir les poblacions de quir\u00f2pters al Delta de l\u2019Ebre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seguiment cient\u00edfic de quir\u00f2pters al Delta de l\u2019Ebre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alumnat del CFGS d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Control Ambiental (ECA) est\u00e0 desenvolupant diferents tasques de seguiment de fauna en diversos punts del Parc Natural del Delta de l\u2019Ebre. Aquest treball permet obtenir dades reals sobre la pres\u00e8ncia de ratpenats i altres esp\u00e8cies associades als ecosistemes agr\u00edcoles i zones humides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les sessions de camp s\u2019utilitzen t\u00e8cniques d\u2019observaci\u00f3 directa, inspecci\u00f3 de refugis i sistemes de monitoratge que permeten estudiar els h\u00e0bits i la distribuci\u00f3 de les esp\u00e8cies presents al territori. L\u2019objectiu principal \u00e9s comprendre millor el paper ecol\u00f2gic dels quir\u00f2pters com a controladors biol\u00f2gics d\u2019insectes i indicadors de qualitat ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes actuacions tamb\u00e9 contribueixen a refor\u00e7ar la formaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica de l\u2019alumnat, apropant-lo a metodologies de treball pr\u00f2pies de la conservaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 ambiental professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conservaci\u00f3 de refugis i protecci\u00f3 d\u2019h\u00e0bitats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de les l\u00ednies priorit\u00e0ries del projecte \u00e9s la identificaci\u00f3 i preservaci\u00f3 de refugis naturals utilitzats pels quir\u00f2pters. En molts casos, aquestes esp\u00e8cies depenen d\u2019espais vulnerables que es poden veure afectats per canvis en les construccions, l\u2019activitat humana o la degradaci\u00f3 dels h\u00e0bitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aquest motiu, el projecte treballa en la localitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019espais adequats per afavorir la connectivitat ecol\u00f2gica i garantir zones de descans i reproducci\u00f3 segures per als ratpenats. Aquest enfocament permet combinar la conservaci\u00f3 de la biodiversitat amb la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre la import\u00e0ncia dels serveis ecosist\u00e8mics que ofereixen aquestes esp\u00e8cies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de quirocaixes per afavorir la biodiversitat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una altra de les accions destacades \u00e9s la construcci\u00f3 i instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de quirocaixes en diferents punts estrat\u00e8gics del Delta de l\u2019Ebre. Aquestes estructures funcionen com a refugis artificials i representen una eina clau per compensar la p\u00e8rdua de refugis naturals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alumnat participa en tot el proc\u00e9s: disseny, construcci\u00f3, preparaci\u00f3 dels materials i instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 final sobre el terreny. Les quirocaixes s\u2019ubiquen en zones tranquil\u00b7les i amb condicions favorables per facilitar l\u2019establiment de col\u00f2nies de ratpenats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s de contribuir directament a la conservaci\u00f3 de les esp\u00e8cies, aquestes actuacions permeten generar dades de seguiment que ajudaran a avaluar l\u2019efic\u00e0cia dels refugis artificials i la seva ocupaci\u00f3 al llarg del temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb aquest projecte, l\u2019IEPAAC continua apostant per una Formaci\u00f3 Professional vinculada a la recerca, la tecnologia ambiental i la conservaci\u00f3 del territori, connectant l\u2019aprenentatge pr\u00e0ctic amb necessitats reals del Delta de l\u2019Ebre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Difusi\u00f3 d\u2019accions i elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa capgira el model tradicional d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica. En lloc de rebre xerrades passives, l&#8217;alumnat del CFGS d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Control Ambiental (ECA) de l\u2019IEPAAC assumeix el rol d&#8217;experts de camp i mentors t\u00e8cnics. Els nostres futurs professionals acompanyen i guien els xiquets i xiquetes de la ZER Mediterr\u00e0nia (Escola del Poble Nou del Delta) en projectes de recerca del territori. A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han fet accions puntuals a l\u2019escola Horta Vella i a l\u2019escola Consol Ferr\u00e9. D&#8217;aquesta manera, es fomenta un aprenentatge compartit on la FP es mostra com una opci\u00f3 formativa d&#8217;\u00e8xit, altament tecnol\u00f2gica, amb prop\u00f2sit mediambiental i de futur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mentoria amb visi\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere i futur professional<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un valor afegit d&#8217;Eco-Mentores \u00e9s la seva funci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica i social. Durant els tallers, les nostres alumnes lideren l\u2019aprenentatge i esdevenen una refer\u00e8ncia femenina en tasques cient\u00edfiques i de gesti\u00f3 ambiental, l&#8217;IEPAAC vol trencar estereotips de g\u00e8nere en sectors t\u00e8cnics i oferir referents propers a les noves generacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb accions com aquesta, demostrem que l&#8217;estudi de la gesti\u00f3 ambiental obre les portes a una formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica, connectada amb les necessitats reals del medi ambient i compromesa amb el teixit educatiu local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Difusi\u00f3 del contingut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa capgira el model tradicional d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica.
