I en tot cas, com a m\u00ednim, un dels camins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta setmana el programa activafp ha posat en marxa una acci\u00f3 formativa estrat\u00e8gica en el s\u00ed de les xarxes dels centres participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de les prioritats (i conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia) del treball de les <strong>coordinacions de centre<\/strong> en xarxa, \u00e9s la detecci\u00f3 de necessitats formatives. Que ens ajuda a configurar i adaptar l\u2019itinerari formatiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I aix\u00ed neix la <strong>primera edici\u00f3<\/strong> d\u2019un curs especial, adre\u00e7at exclusivament a les <strong>coordinacions de centre<\/strong> de les nostres xarxes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poder arribar a un objectiu amb el millor aprofitament possible dels recursos \u00e9s una realitat de la comesa p\u00fablica i privada (ara especialment accentuada). I aqu\u00ed les <strong>Formacions Internes de Centre<\/strong> (FIC) poden jugar un paper determinant en l&#8217;extensi\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 metodol\u00f2gica activa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dins la planificaci\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica del programa, sorgeix la possibilitat que les coordinacions de centre que participen i construeixen les xarxes, puguin rebre una formaci\u00f3 inicial b\u00e0sica i introduct\u00f2ria a la <strong>metodologia ABP<\/strong>. Amb un doble objectiu, con\u00e8ixer amb profunditat la formaci\u00f3 i restar acreditats\/des per replicar-la durant el proper curs al seu centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proc\u00e9s que porta a la formaci\u00f3 que tot just comen\u00e7a, descriu en si mateix l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia del programa. <strong>El creixement en xarxa<\/strong>. La motivaci\u00f3 inesgotable de les coordinacions de centre del programa va donant forma a aquesta necessitat formativa compartida. Que encaixa amb un dels objectius marc del propi programa, la ja famosa<em> &#8220;taca d\u2019oli&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com acostuma a passar dins l\u2019aula, la teva proposta genera una resposta adaptativa proporcionada. L\u2019entusiasme, la motivaci\u00f3 i el dinamisme did\u00e0ctic, tenen un component de transmissi\u00f3 molt important. Un proc\u00e9s que va creixent i enriquint-se fruit de les aportacions col\u00b7lectives i del treball cooperatiu, i que, com un aut\u00e8ntic ABP, va generant les seves pr\u00f2pies respostes. En aquest proc\u00e9s de xarxa, el programa ha de tenir un rol facilitador i d\u2019acompanyament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualment s\u00f3n <strong>65 els centres<\/strong> que formen part del programa <strong>activafp<\/strong>. Amb representaci\u00f3 de <strong>20 fam\u00edlies<\/strong> professionals i amb un total de m\u00e9s de <strong>200 docents<\/strong> distribu\u00efts entre els diferents serveis territorials, vinculats com a <strong>equips impulsors<\/strong> de centre. Orientats, acompanyats i participants, a trav\u00e9s de les <strong>coordinacions <\/strong>del seu centre,\u00a0 treballen distribu\u00efts en xarxes. Si afixem aquesta dada a nombre de cicles formatius, la potencialitat \u00e9s torna exponencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per\u00f2 aquest no \u00e9s un m\u00e8rit (\u00fanic) del programa, \u00e9s un m\u00e8rit de la metodologia de treball i, sobre tot, de la motivaci\u00f3 docent i de la voluntat del centre. El programa actua com a espai de trobada, genera els recursos, per\u00f2 per si sols no s\u00f3n res sense la participaci\u00f3. Les metodologies docents actives comencen per l\u2019activaci\u00f3 docent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I en aquest punt \u00e9s, precisament, on la formaci\u00f3 juga un paper <em>estrat\u00e8gic<\/em>. Un primer pas, sovint, resulta d\u2019un necessari exercici individual i col\u00b7lectiu de reflexi\u00f3. Con\u00e8ixer la terminologia compartida i la pluralitat del m\u00e8tode, permet construir un llenguatge vehiculant. No \u00e9s ara el moment ni l\u2019espai, per\u00f2 trobarem moltes refer\u00e8ncies cient\u00edfiques sobre les implicacions de la construcci\u00f3 del discurs, ara actualitzat a la seva nova versi\u00f3: &#8220;el relat&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u2019alguna manera, es tracta de generar un esperit<em> pseudocultural<\/em> al voltant d\u2019una motivaci\u00f3 compartida: <strong>millorar la metodologia que oferim als nostres alumnes<\/strong>. I que sempre mant\u00e9 un punt idealista com a motor de canvi. Tot aix\u00f2 conflueix ara en una formaci\u00f3 gestionada a nivell de programa.
