T\u00e9 l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;ajudar-los a assolir resultats excel\u00b7lents de manera sostinguda, mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, gesti\u00f3 i desenvolupament d&#8217;accions en un conjunt de dimensions o eixos i l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de diferentes eines: el mateix model, els principis d&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia, la l\u00f2gica REDAR, l&#8217;autoavaluaci\u00f3 i la mem\u00f2ria de contrast.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 basat en models reconeguts internacionalment i recull l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia acumulada durant m\u00e9s de vint anys de treball en xarxa del Projecte de Qualitat i Millora Cont\u00ednua (PQiMC). En aquest projecte, m\u00e9s de 205 centres educatius de tot Catalunya treballen conjuntament en la millora dels sistemes de gesti\u00f3, per augmentar la satisfacci\u00f3 de les seves comunitats educatives.
