Aquestes pretenen refor\u00e7ar i impulsar les compet\u00e8ncies clau de l\u2019alumnat per afrontar el mercat de treball essent professionals resolutius que tinguin habilitats transversals com: la capacitat de comunicaci\u00f3, iniciativa i presa de decisions, capacitat de treball en equip, responsabilitat&#8230; En aquestes hi participa l\u2019alumnat de cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 i superior que finalitzen la seva formaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica aquest curs escolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inslasegarra.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-11727 \" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2023\/02\/LOGO-INS-LA-SEGARRA.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"306\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les Jornades consten de dues xerrades, una inaugural i una de cloenda. En la darrera edici\u00f3, aquestes van ser a c\u00e0rrec de l\u2019\u00c0lex Roca, esportista conegut per haver acabat triatlons i curses com la Titan Desert sobreposant-se a una par\u00e0lisi cerebral; i a c\u00e0rrec de Carles Folguera, amb la pon\u00e8ncia \u201cEmprenedoria i alt rendiment esportiu: aprenentatge i entrenament\u201d.<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2023\/02\/Foto-jornades.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11722 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2023\/02\/Foto-jornades.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"221\" height=\"291\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant les Jornades, l\u2019alumnat realitza diferents tallers que els permeten assolir les compet\u00e8ncies clau. L\u2019any passat van tractar sobre emocions b\u00e0siques, parlar en p\u00fablic\/llenguatge i actitud, treball en equip i un Escape Job. En totes les edicions, tant l\u2019alumnat com el professorat ha valorat molt positivament la realitzaci\u00f3 de les jornades.
