{"id":13245,"date":"2025-01-07T09:31:53","date_gmt":"2025-01-07T08:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/?p=13245"},"modified":"2025-01-07T09:32:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T08:32:12","slug":"els-instituts-porten-5-anys-certificant-el-servei-dual-intensiva-de-les-empreses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/general\/els-instituts-porten-5-anys-certificant-el-servei-dual-intensiva-de-les-empreses\/","title":{"rendered":"Els Instituts porten 5 anys certificant el servei dual intensiva de les empreses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Acabem de <strong>complir 5 anys <\/strong>des de que es va comen\u00e7ar a impulsar la <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/qualitatfpdual\/inici\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #2f5d5d;\"><strong>certificaci\u00f3 de qualitat de la formaci\u00f3 professional en alternan\u00e7a dual i intensiva<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a> que presten els centres en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb les empreses com a un reconeixement a l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de les organitzacions per promocionar el desenvolupament del servei dual intensiva i la seva qualitat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/qualitatfpdual\/organitzacions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-13247 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2024\/12\/TOTS-ELS-LOGOS_19_desembre_2024.3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1524\" height=\"564\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2024\/12\/TOTS-ELS-LOGOS_19_desembre_2024.3.jpg 1524w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2024\/12\/TOTS-ELS-LOGOS_19_desembre_2024.3-300x111.jpg 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2024\/12\/TOTS-ELS-LOGOS_19_desembre_2024.3-1024x379.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu772\/2024\/12\/TOTS-ELS-LOGOS_19_desembre_2024.3-768x284.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1524px) 100vw, 1524px\" \/><\/a>El seguiment en el compliment dels diferents requisits de la <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/qualitatfpdual\/check-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #2f5d5d;\">llista de comprovaci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a> permet assegurar que les organitzacions posen en valor criteris com ara un objectiu proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3, una planificada acollida, la seguretat i la salut en el lloc de treball, el clima i les relacions laborals, la pro activitat de l\u2019estudiant, la formaci\u00f3 del\/de la tutor\/a d\u2019empresa, la transpar\u00e8ncia del proc\u00e9s, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els centres educatius d\u2019acollida en formaci\u00f3, visites i recursos, la planificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estada i la valoraci\u00f3 de la possible inserci\u00f3 laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Cal, per\u00f2, millorar algunes accions com ara:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Consensuar<\/strong> el <strong>pla d\u2019activitats<\/strong> entre l\u2019institut i l\u2019empresa i fer un acurat seguiment per garantir que l\u2019alumnat porta a terme el 100% de les activitats fetes respecte de les programades.<\/li>\n<li>Garantir que les <strong>tutores<\/strong> i els <strong>tutors d\u2019empresa<\/strong> portin a terme una formaci\u00f3 continua a trav\u00e9s del <strong>curs avan\u00e7at<\/strong> accessible en la plataforma \u00e0gora.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Informar<\/strong>, des dels centres educatius, dels <strong>criteris de selecci\u00f3<\/strong> de l\u2019empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Fer <strong>arribar a l\u2019empresa<\/strong> els resultats de l\u2019<strong>enquesta de satisfacci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat <\/strong>(s\u00f3n an\u00f2nimes per\u00f2 transmissibles) com a entrada del seu sistema de gesti\u00f3 per a la millora del servei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dinamitzar les comissions de seguiment<\/strong> (una al curs) institut-empresa per afavorir la corresponsabilitat.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir la <strong>participaci\u00f3<\/strong> de la <strong>tutora<\/strong> o del <strong>tutor d\u2019empresa<\/strong> en l\u2019exposici\u00f3 de la <strong>mem\u00f2ria<\/strong> de l\u2019estada per part de l\u2019<strong>alumnat<\/strong> en l\u2019institut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En aquests 5 anys, <strong>m\u00e9s de 50 centres educatius<\/strong> han col\u00b7laborat per portar a terme aquesta certificaci\u00f3.
