Ens vam organitzar per eixos (lideratge, ensenyament-aprenentatge, resultats, etc.) i, a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una reflexi\u00f3 honesta i compartida, vam identificar <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"688\">punts forts<\/strong> i <strong data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"711\">\u00e0rees de millora<\/strong> del centre. Aquest exercici ens va permetre entendre millor <strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"804\">on som i cap a on volem anar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el curs <strong data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"837\">2024-2025<\/strong>, vam comptar amb l\u2019acompanyament d\u2019una <strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"896\">persona experta<\/strong> que ens va guiar en la redacci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3. Ha estat una tasca intensa, que ha ocupat pr\u00e0cticament tot el curs, per\u00f2 alhora una <strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1089\">gran oportunitat d\u2019aprenentatge compartit<\/strong>. Aquest suport extern ens ha ajudat a mirar-nos amb perspectiva, ser autocr\u00edtics i posar en valor la feina feta com a equip i com a comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Seguint la recomanaci\u00f3 de presentar-nos a l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, vam fer el pas i vam decidir <strong data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1365\">compartir la nostra traject\u00f2ria<\/strong>. El proc\u00e9s de contrast ha estat m\u00e9s que una revisi\u00f3 externa: ha significat una <strong data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1475\">validaci\u00f3 de la feina feta<\/strong> i un <strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1512\">est\u00edmul per seguir avan\u00e7ant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En conjunt, aquest cam\u00ed ens ha aportat <strong data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1610\">acompanyament, reflexi\u00f3 i creixement institucional<\/strong>.
