La qualitat en acci\u00f3 durant el segon trimestre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El segon trimestre \u00e9s un moment idoni per<strong> fer balan\u00e7 i prendre decisions<\/strong> que ajudin a refor\u00e7ar els sistemes de gesti\u00f3 i els projectes de centre. \u00c9s un bon moment per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revisar indicadors i objectius del sistema de gesti\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Planificar o realitzar auditories internes.<\/li>\n<li>Avan\u00e7ar en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de mem\u00f2ries i informes de seguiment (ISO, e2cat).<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar accions de millora derivades de les autoavaluacions i de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de resultats.<\/li>\n<li>Programar formaci\u00f3 interna alineada amb les necessitats detectades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Recordeu que des del PQiMC us podem orientar i acompanyar en qualsevol d\u2019aquests processos.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">2. Centres i empreses que avancen en qualitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Continuem celebrant els centres i les organitzacions que fan passos endavant en la gesti\u00f3 de la qualitat i l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia educativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Durant aquest per\u00edode, diversos centres estan avan\u00e7ant en processos de certificaci\u00f3, renovaci\u00f3 i contrast dels models ISO i e2cat, aix\u00ed com en la certificaci\u00f3 de la qualitat del servei d\u2019FP Dual amb les empreses col\u00b7laboradores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Aquest progr\u00e9s \u00e9s fruit del comprom\u00eds dels equips directius, de qualitat i docents, i contribueix a refor\u00e7ar una cultura organitzativa orientada a la millora cont\u00ednua i al servei a la comunitat educativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.habitatge.barcelona\/ca\/qui-som\/institut-municipal-habitatge-rehabilitacio\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #2f5d5d;\"><strong>IMHAB<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> han superat amb \u00e8xit l&#8217;auditoria externa per a la certificaci\u00f3 de qualitat del servei d&#8217;FP dual en r\u00e8gim intensiu de la m\u00e0 de l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/institutpoblenou.cat\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #2f5d5d;\">Institut Poblenou<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>.
