{"id":8619,"date":"2025-04-30T10:05:24","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T08:05:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/recerca\/?page_id=8619"},"modified":"2025-11-04T12:04:45","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T11:04:45","slug":"estrategies-educatives-hits","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/recerca\/recercaula\/estrategies-educatives-hits\/","title":{"rendered":"Estrat\u00e8gies docents d&#8217;alt impacte (HITS)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les investigacions en el programa \u201cAprenentatge entre iguals: RecercAULA\u201d se centren en alguna de les deu <strong>estrat\u00e8gies docents d&#8217;alt impacte<\/strong> que la recerca determina com a pr\u00e0ctiques educatives que contribueixen a la millora dels resultats educatius:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/recerca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2090\/2025\/05\/Infografies-Nodes-SRE-7.svg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/recerca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2090\/2025\/05\/Infografies-Nodes-SRE-7.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9197\" style=\"width:1037px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Estrat\u00e8gies docents d\u2019alt impacte o HITS pel seu nom en angl\u00e8s (<em>High Impact Teaching Strategies<\/em>) s\u00f3n <strong>10 pr\u00e0ctiques docents<\/strong> que <strong>augmenten de manera fiable l&#8217;aprenentatge de l&#8217;alumnat all\u00e0 on s&#8217;apliquin.<\/strong> Formen una part d\u2019un model pedag\u00f2gic comprensiu (<em>comprehensive<\/em>). Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques van ser proposades pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estat australi\u00e0 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.education.vic.gov.au\/school\/teachers\/teachingresources\/practice\/improve\/Pages\/hits.aspx\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.education.vic.gov.au\/school\/teachers\/teachingresources\/practice\/improve\/Pages\/hits.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estat australi\u00e0 de Vict\u00f2ria<\/a>, i s\u00f3n estrat\u00e8gies docents <strong>testades<\/strong> que concorden amb altres estudis sobre el tema, com el recull fet per <strong>Hattie<\/strong> el 2012, de m\u00e9s de 900 metaestudis que inclouen 200 milions d\u2019alumnes de diversos pa\u00efsos, o les recomanacions fetes a l\u2019eina (<em>toolkit<\/em>) de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/educationendowmentfoundation.org.uk\/education-evidence\/teaching-learning-toolkit\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/educationendowmentfoundation.org.uk\/education-evidence\/teaching-learning-toolkit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Education Endowment Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3 de les HITS t\u00e9 una <strong>mida de l\u2019efecte<\/strong> que varia de 0,50 a 1,1. Sempre \u00e9s superior a 0,40, que \u00e9s el valor cr\u00edtic a partir del qual es considera que una acci\u00f3 t\u00e9 efecte sobre una poblaci\u00f3. Ens podem preguntar: \u00ab<em>Per\u00f2 funcionaran a la meva aula, amb els meus alumnes?<\/em>\u00bb. Aquesta pregunta nom\u00e9s es pot respondre a trav\u00e9s del criteri professional docent, tan individual com en equip. Per a qualsevol concepte o habilitat que l\u2019alumnat necessiti aprendre, utilitzar una HITS augmenta les possibilitats d\u2019aprenentatge en comparaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;altres estrat\u00e8gies. S\u00f3n<strong> estrat\u00e8gies fiables<\/strong>, no infal\u00b7libles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cadascuna de les HITS est\u00e0 relacionada amb un o m\u00e9s dels aspectes seg\u00fcents: <strong>aprenentatge aut\u00e8ntic, avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge, coneixement del curr\u00edculum i millora de la doc\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Figura 1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.education.vic.gov.au\/Documents\/school\/teachers\/support\/high-impact-teaching-strategies.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.education.vic.gov.au\/Documents\/school\/teachers\/support\/high-impact-teaching-strategies.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Estrat\u00e8gies docents d\u2019alt impacte (adaptat de High Impact Teaching Strategies, 2020)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:13px\">*S\u2019anomena mida de l\u2019efecte a un valor estad\u00edstic que<strong> mesura la for\u00e7a de la relaci\u00f3 entre dues variables <\/strong>en una poblaci\u00f3. Es fa servir per mesurar la<strong> contribuci\u00f3 d\u2019una intervenci\u00f3 educativa en l&#8217;aprenentatge de l&#8217;estudiant. <\/strong>Ens permet anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les preguntes sobre si una intervenci\u00f3 ha funcionat o no, i plantejar preguntes sobre com de b\u00e9 ha funcionat una intervenci\u00f3 en diversos contextos. Aquesta mesura dona suport a un enfocament m\u00e9s cient\u00edfic i rigor\u00f3s per construir coneixement professional.
