Els investigadors quantitatius busquen establir relacions estad\u00edstiques entre variables per identificar patrons o efectes generals. Per exemple, un mestre que vol estudiar l&#8217;impacte d&#8217;un m\u00e8tode d&#8217;ensenyament sobre les notes dels alumnes utilitzar\u00e0 mesures com les puntuacions d&#8217;ex\u00e0mens per establir si existeix una correlaci\u00f3 entre el m\u00e8tode d&#8217;ensenyament i els resultats acad\u00e8mics. Aquest enfocament usa t\u00e8cniques com enquestes, proves estandarditzades o mesuraments repetits per obtenir dades objectives i analitzar-les mitjan\u00e7ant eines estad\u00edstiques. En aquest cas, l&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s establir generalitzacions i prediccions basades en dades num\u00e8riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e8tode qualitatiu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00e8tode qualitatiu, d&#8217;altra banda, es focalitza en la comprensi\u00f3 profunda dels processos i les din\u00e0miques que tenen lloc en contextos espec\u00edfics. En lloc de mesurar variables, els investigadors qualitatius busquen entendre les experi\u00e8ncies, percepcions i interaccions de les persones implicades, com alumnes, mestres i fam\u00edlies. Per exemple, un mestre que vol estudiar com la relaci\u00f3 entre mestres i alumnes influeix en el desenvolupament socioemocional dels estudiants utilitzaria observacions, entrevistes o grups focals per recollir dades descriptives i qualitatives. L&#8217;objectiu aqu\u00ed \u00e9s obtenir una visi\u00f3 rica i contextualitzada dels processos educatius, amb una atenci\u00f3 especial a les relacions interpersonals, el context i les experi\u00e8ncies individuals.Ambdues metodologies tenen el seu lloc segons el tipus de pregunta de recerca i els objectius de l&#8217;estudi. A vegades, els investigadors utilitzen un <em>enfocament multim\u00e8tode<\/em> o mixt, que combina els aspectes de les dues aproximacions per oferir una comprensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s completa del fenomen
