(Recull fet per als membres del grup un cop treballat i reflexionat.)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cL\u2019aprenentatge ha deixat de ser una activitat interna i individual per passar a ser una activitat col\u00b7laborativa i en xarxa.\u201d (Siemens, 2008)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Per xarxa educativa entenem aquells espais (formatius o no) on el professorat i els centres tenen la possibilitat de contactar per aprendre junts, tot creant i compartint experi\u00e8ncies, activitats o recursos. Espais, al cap i a la fi, generadors de coneixement.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Les xarxes educatives s\u00f3n estructures intencionals, amb interessos i objectius comuns en qu\u00e8 tots els membres tenen la possibilitat de treballar i responsabilitzar-se en igualtat. Aix\u00f2 genera una gran cohesi\u00f3 de grup que incrementa la confian\u00e7a, aix\u00ed com un enfortiment de relacions satisfact\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Les xarxes afavoreixen el canvi i ofereixen un mitj\u00e0 per exercir el lideratge i la responsabilitat compartits, en el qual persones diverses contribueixen amb funcions diferents a fi d\u2019aconseguir un lideratge distribu\u00eft.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Les estructures organitzatives que es creen dins de les xarxes ofereixen oportunitats d&#8217;aprenentatge als professionals i permeten detectar les necessitats de gesti\u00f3 i de direcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Els canvis significatius en les escoles requereixen una barreja equilibrada d&#8217;est\u00edmul, suport i exig\u00e8ncia, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una estrat\u00e8gia planificada. Les xarxes s\u00f3n una bona alternativa per integrar esfor\u00e7os, recursos i plans conjunts.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Les xarxes d\u2019aprenentatge esdevenen, aix\u00ed, entorns de coneixement que ajuden els participants a desenvolupar les seves compet\u00e8ncies col\u00b7laborant i compartint informaci\u00f3. De retruc, s\u00f3n\u00a0 espais on l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 pren un paper clau, ja que tamb\u00e9 cal incorporar en les xarxes possibles eines i estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 tant del proc\u00e9s com de l\u2019assoliment d\u2019objectius, a partir de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de les evid\u00e8ncies de millora recollides i, alhora, han de permetre la transferibilitat a altres realitats diferents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Actualment, el 50% de centres educatius de Catalunya ja participen en les xarxes educatives de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 professional\u00a0docent.
