S\u2019ent\u00e9n per\u00a0innovaci\u00f3 incremental a aquella que aconsegueix una millora d\u2019all\u00f2 que ja est\u00e0 implementat, que modifica les caracter\u00edstiques de l\u2019aspecte, cosa o tem\u00e0tica, mentre que la innovaci\u00f3 significativa va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 i aconsegueix un canvi substancial que modifica els processos i els objectius.\u00a0En canvi, la innovaci\u00f3 total aporta una manera de fer i ser diferent que respon a un canvi de paradigma. En aquest sentit, la transformaci\u00f3 educativa es pot entendre com la innovaci\u00f3 educativa que dona resposta a un canvi de paradigma educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica est\u00e0 fonamentada en la recerca educativa, i respon a l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 social. La seva finalitat \u00e9s la millora en la qualitat del sistema educatiu i de la seva equitat. Aix\u00ed mateix s\u2019ent\u00e9n que la innovaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un instrument i no una finalitat en s\u00ed mateixa. El <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1kPf2ciq1fauuBmvnPqWj_zWU1Fgv5paT\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/innovacio\/marc_normatiu\/documents\/marc_dinnovacio_pedagogica.pdf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1621326962703000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHf6HA87uQl4PNGzTJHYIcQxHvk1A\">Marc de la Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica<\/a>\u00a0defineix tres eixos d\u2019acci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Un lideratge distribu\u00eft que permeti donar veu a tothom i fomentar la motivaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament professional, i flexibilitat en la gesti\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3 curricular per permetre diferents estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Metodologies innovadores<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat \u00e9s l\u2019actor principal del seu aprenentatge i el docent t\u00e9 el rol de motor i guia en un marc de treball col\u00b7laboratiu per fomentar la creativitat, amb metodologies actives i on l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 ha d\u2019actuar com a v\u00e0lvula reguladora de tot el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i en tots els \u00e0mbits.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Xarxa i ecosistema educatiu<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00c9s molt important la implicaci\u00f3 de tots els agents de la comunitat educativa (alumnat, fam\u00edlies i docents), per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 la d\u2019altres agents de l\u2019entorn. Com a organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n, el centre tamb\u00e9 ha de treballar en xarxa dins i fora del centre, entre l\u2019alumnat, entre l\u2019equip pedag\u00f2gic i entre centres educatius del territori i de fora.<\/p>\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3 ha de seguir un proc\u00e9s planificat de millora que asseguri que cada aprenent desenvolupa al m\u00e0xim les seves capacitats, assoleix amb \u00e8xit els aprenentatges necessaris per una vida plena, i obt\u00e9 totes les compet\u00e8ncies possibles per a ser una persona culta, responsable i lliure.\u00a0Aquest proc\u00e9s planificat ha de basar-se en un aprenentatge centrat en l\u2019alumne, i necessita d\u2019un lideratge pedag\u00f2gic distribu\u00eft per part dels equips directius, amb una implicaci\u00f3 activa dels docents, de l\u2019alumnat i de la comunitat educativa i la seva incorporaci\u00f3 al projecte educatiu del centre en l\u2019exercici de la seva autonomia.<\/p>\n<p>La Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s integral i intern que parteix de les necessitats educatives vinculades a la realitat social. T\u00e9 com a finalitat garantir la qualitat de tot el sistema educatiu per oferir millors oportunitats d\u2019aprenentatge personalitzat, i per aconseguir el ple desenvolupament personal i social.
