En aquest s&#8217;estableix un model d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 compartit que permet identificar i constatar en quina mesura es produeixen millores en les actuacions del professorat i dels centres docents relacionades amb les activitats formatives desenvolupades. <span data-sheets-value=\"{&quot;1&quot;:2,&quot;2&quot;:&quot;La formaci\u00f3 permanent \u00e9s un element clau que contribueix a la millora professorat (compet\u00e8ncies professionals), de centres (projectes educatius) i xarxes educatives per a la transformaci\u00f3 del sistema educatiu.&quot;}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{&quot;2&quot;:2561,&quot;3&quot;:{&quot;1&quot;:0},&quot;12&quot;:0,&quot;14&quot;:[null,2,8421504]}\">[<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/03\/Criteris-i-Instruccions-2019-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/em><\/a><\/strong>] <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els CRPs de cada zona o comarca, esdevenen clau, com a propostes descentralitzades, en la <em>detecci\u00f3<\/em>, <em>planificaci\u00f3<\/em>, <em>organitzaci\u00f3<\/em>, <em>gesti\u00f3<\/em>, <em>avaluaci\u00f3<\/em> i <em>acompanyament<\/em> dels <strong>Plans de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona<\/strong> (PFZ); ho fan preferentment en la formaci\u00f3 <em>en centre<\/em> i <em>per a centres<\/em> a partir de les propostes de formaci\u00f3 del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/info-general\/plans-formacio-zona\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8485 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/03\/PFZ_logo-1024x724.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"121\" height=\"86\" \/><\/a>Les <strong>comissions dels PFZ<\/strong> formulen una proposta formativa a partir de les demandes dels centres i docents, i les necessitats recollides i expressades per les persones de la comissi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>cat\u00e0leg de formaci\u00f3<\/strong> \u00e9s l\u2019eina de planificaci\u00f3 que ha de facilitar la coher\u00e8ncia i la complementarietat entre la formaci\u00f3 centralitzada, la territorialitzada i la descentralitzada; aquest es gestiona a l&#8217;espai <strong>Sirius<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019<strong>aplicaci\u00f3 GTAF<\/strong> \u00e9s l\u2019eina de gesti\u00f3 per a totes les activitats de formaci\u00f3 organitzada pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, i alhora ho \u00e9s compartida entre tots els agents implicats en la formaci\u00f3 (SGIF, Unitats, SE, ST i CRP)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La difusi\u00f3 de l\u2019oferta formativa es fa a la <strong>web de l&#8217;XTEC<\/strong>. A trav\u00e9s del <strong>cercador <\/strong><strong>d\u2019activitats<\/strong> es podr\u00e0 trobar la informaci\u00f3 relacionada amb les activitats formatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #2c93bf;\">Objectius de formaci\u00f3 permanent<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els objectius formatius del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 s&#8217;aglutinen al voltant d&#8217;uns factors, contemplats com a <em>reptes educatius<\/em>, que la nostra societat planteja i que encarrega al sistema educatiu per a la seva millora en relaci\u00f3 a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#8217;assoliment d\u2019una educaci\u00f3 per a tothom en el marc de l\u2019<strong>escola inclusiva<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;actualitzaci\u00f3 de les metodologies i la gesti\u00f3 d\u2019aula que possibilitin la incorporaci\u00f3 del <strong>model competencial d\u2019ensenyament- aprenentatge<\/strong> arreu, amb una forta pres\u00e8ncia de les compet\u00e8ncies de l\u2019alumnat associades a la <strong>dimensi\u00f3 pluriling\u00fce<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies transversals que inclouen la <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>c<\/strong><\/span><strong>onviv\u00e8ncia <\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">i<\/span> <span style=\"color: #333333;\">la<\/span><\/span><strong> igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>, <\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">la<\/span><\/span><strong> innovaci\u00f3<\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> i la<\/span><\/span><strong> recerca<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 de la <strong>compet\u00e8ncia digital docent<\/strong> del professorat esdev\u00e9 un element clau per donar resposta als nous reptes tecnol\u00f2gics de la societat actual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s imprescindible potenciar la <strong>formaci\u00f3 de personal formador<\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">generar sinergies i<\/span><\/span> <strong>treballar i aprendre en xarxa<\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> per trobar respostes als reptes col\u00b7lectius: del personal docent i del sistema.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #2c93bf;\">El context actual i l&#8217;operativa formativa<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El context actual del sistema educatiu pel que fa a la formaci\u00f3 docent, i sempre sota els principis de qualitat i equitat, s&#8217;aconsella prioritzar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>reducci\u00f3<\/strong> de l\u2019oferta formativa<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>digitalitzaci\u00f3 de les activitats<\/strong> amb la incorporaci\u00f3 de formats i modalitats innovadores en<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> entorns virtuals d\u2019aprenentatge<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 docent per la <strong>transformaci\u00f3 educativa<\/strong><span style=\"color: centres<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els <strong>Serveis Educatius de Zona<\/strong>, la <strong>Coordinaci\u00f3 dels Serveis Territorials<\/strong> o del <strong>Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona<\/strong> i la <strong>Inspecci\u00f3 d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/strong> s\u00f3n els agents que atenen les necessitats dels centres educatius i prenen decisions en relaci\u00f3 a l\u2019acompanyament i la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>direcci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica <\/strong>coordina, en el marc dels serveis educatius de zona (SEZ), totes aquelles iniciatives adre\u00e7ades als centres, a l\u2019alumnat, al professorat i a les fam\u00edlies, que permetin optimitzar l\u2019acci\u00f3 integrada dels serveis i la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i el treball conjunt amb altres agents del territori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es crearan estrat\u00e8gies en el suport, acompanyament o assessorament de la formaci\u00f3 com <strong>reunions de coordinaci\u00f3<\/strong>, <strong>espais de comunicaci\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3<\/strong> (Serveis G-Suite xtec.cat com el correu i el calendari; la web Nodes, el Canal de Telegram, el Twitter del SE o CRP etc) i <strong>espais formatius<\/strong> (Ateneu, Odissea, unitats d&#8217;equip al drive, llocs webs, etc).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Altrament, la <strong>formaci\u00f3 dels professionals dels SEZ<\/strong> \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria i clau per avan\u00e7ar cap a la millora de les seves funcions, en concret la d&#8217;acompanyar als centres en la millora i la transformaci\u00f3 educativa.<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/categoria\/formacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img
