Aquest acompanyament est\u00e0 orientat a la <em>innovaci\u00f3 i transformaci\u00f3 de la cultura de centre<\/em>, des d\u2019una perspectiva formativa i din\u00e0mica de l\u2019aprenentatge, considerant el centre educatiu com a organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n, en benefici de tota la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>L&#8217;acompanyament a centre, centres en xarxa i en la innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marc de les funcions espec\u00edfiques dels CRP, que es concreten en els \u00e0mbits de <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/formacio-permanent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>formaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/dinamitzacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>dinamitzaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/recursos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recursos<\/strong><\/a>, des del curs 2020-2021 es prioritza <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00ab<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">el disseny, la planificaci\u00f3 i la implementaci\u00f3 de la pr\u00e0ctica assessora al centre, acompanyant-lo en els processos de transformaci\u00f3 i millora educativa<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00bb<\/span>. La direcci\u00f3 del CRP ha de vetllar perqu\u00e8 es compleixi aquesta prioritzaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed mateix, s\u2019ha de preveure una franja hor\u00e0ria espec\u00edfica i reservada de treball pedag\u00f2gic en equip. <strong>[<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/03\/ORG_Serveis_educatius-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/em><\/a>].<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Altres funcions espec\u00edfiques dels CRP s\u00f3n: la detecci\u00f3, recull i difusi\u00f3 de <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/innovacio-transformacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pr\u00e0ctiques educatives de refer\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/a> del professorat de la zona aix\u00ed com <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/innovacio-transformacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>projectes innovadors<\/strong><\/a> de centres; el suport a les <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/innovacio-transformacio\/\"><strong>xarxes educatives<\/strong><\/a> de la zona vetllant per l&#8217;equitat i la inclusi\u00f3; i el suport i acompanyament al professorat i als centres en l\u2019\u00fas educatiu de les <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/innovacio-transformacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tecnologies digitals<\/strong><\/a>, amb l\u2019objectiu de garantir l\u2019aprenentatge en l\u00ednia de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els professionals dels Serveis Educatius, de manera coordinada, acompanyen als centres des de la proximitat de la zona i des del coneixement dels projectes educatius, atenent a les seves necessitats de
