{"id":9685,"date":"2021-05-29T17:18:15","date_gmt":"2021-05-29T15:18:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/?page_id=9685"},"modified":"2023-07-26T09:38:30","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T07:38:30","slug":"acompanyament-a-centres","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/acompanyament\/acompanyament-a-centres\/","title":{"rendered":"Funcions dels CRP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>En el marc de les funcions espec\u00edfiques dels CRP, que es concreten en els \u00e0mbits de formaci\u00f3, dinamitzaci\u00f3 i recursos per al curs 2023-2024, es prioritzen les tasques seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El <strong>disseny, la planificaci\u00f3 i la implementaci\u00f3 de la pr\u00e0ctica assessora <\/strong>al centre, per acompanyar-lo en els processos de transformaci\u00f3 i millora educativa. La direcci\u00f3 del CRP ha de vetllar perqu\u00e8 es compleixi aquesta prioritzaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed mateix, s\u2019ha de preveure una franja hor\u00e0ria espec\u00edfica i reservada de treball pedag\u00f2gic en equip. Visibilitzar i evidenciar \u00a0els<strong> Projectes integrats<\/strong> dels Serveis Educatius que permetran una acci\u00f3 conjunta als territoris i una mirada conjunta per arribar als centres. Generar un espai virtual de difusi\u00f3, de comunicaci\u00f3, de trobada i formatiu de tots els Serveis Educatius de Catalunya. Crear un entorn col\u00b7laboratiu\u00a0 dels equips multiprofessionals dels SEZ<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; La detecci\u00f3, el recull i la difusi\u00f3 de pr\u00e0ctiques educatives de refer\u00e8ncia<\/strong> del professorat de la zona, aix\u00ed com projectes innovadors de centres.\u00a0 Gestionar la difusi\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 de recursos, informacions, actuacions, de i per a centres, professorat, alumnat i xarxes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>El suport i l&#8217;acompanyament al professorat i als centres en l\u2019\u00fas educatiu de les tecnologies digitals,<\/strong> amb l\u2019objectiu de garantir l\u2019aprenentatge en l\u00ednia de l\u2019alumnat en coordinaci\u00f3 amb els mentors i mentores digitals.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>La dinamitzaci\u00f3 i el suport a les xarxes educatives de la zona<\/strong>, vetllant per l&#8217;equitat i la inclusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>L\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de la proposta formativa del PFZ<\/strong> a partir de la detecci\u00f3 de necessitats dels centres i del professorat. Visibilitzar i actualitzar el repositori de materials i propostes educatives de manera integrada des tots els agents de territori: coordinaci\u00f3 del SEZ i equips professionals de CRPs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ACOMPANYAMENT A CENTRES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des del curs 2017-18, el <strong>Servei de Xarxes i Serveis Educatius<\/strong>, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;ICE de la UB, inclou, dins el <em>Pla de Formaci\u00f3<\/em> adre\u00e7at a professionals dels <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Centres de Recursos Pedag\u00f2gics<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>formaci\u00f3 continuada<\/strong><\/span> per a la millora de la funci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests en l&#8217;acompanyament a centres educatius; el contingut formatiu est\u00e0 emmarcat en el <em>Model d&#8217;assessorament per a transformar a partir del curr\u00edculum. <\/em>En aquest sentit, els professionals de CRP, de manera coordinada amb altres agents educatius, esdevenen <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>facilitadors de la millora dels projectes educatius<\/strong><\/span> de centre i, conseq\u00fcentment, de la millora del sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>L&#8217;acompanyament col\u00b7laboratiu, una eina de millora i transformaci\u00f3 de centres<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avan\u00e7ant en aquesta l\u00ednia, des del curs 2020-21, s&#8217;amplia la mirada i s&#8217;ofereix formaci\u00f3 basada en <em>L&#8217;Assessorament col\u00b7laboratiu, una eina de millora i transformaci\u00f3, <\/em>adre\u00e7ada als professionals dels <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Serveis Educatius<\/strong><\/span> que treballen conjuntament en els processos de canvi i millora d&#8217;un mateix centre educatiu<strong> [<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/formaciocollectiusespecifics\/serveis_educatius\/\"><em>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/em><\/a>].<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Altrament, la Subdirecci\u00f3 general d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 promou diferents l\u00ednies de treball vinculades a programes que tenen com a objectiu l\u2019<b>acompanyament a centres<\/b>. El context actual de canvi de paradigma en qu\u00e8 els centres han d\u2019esdevenir organitzacions que aprenen, es crea el grup de treball transversal<strong> <em>Acompanyament a centres en processos de canvi<\/em><\/strong> com a necessitat de repensar els processos de desenvolupament professional per avan\u00e7ar en la transformaci\u00f3 educativa i la innovaci\u00f3 <strong>[<em>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/em>].<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>El rol en l&#8217;acompanyament<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a
