Si b\u00e9 aquest acompanyament, tal com s\u2019apuntava al curs<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Assessorar per transformar a partir del curr\u00edculum<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, consta de 5 fases, constatem que moltes actuacions de les que ja tenim incorporades com a equips s\u2019acosten al model d\u2019assessorament, malgrat no les acompleixin totes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre aquestes actuacions, els membres del grup hem destacat el nostre paper a la Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques, doncs s\u00f3n diferents moments en els qu<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/11\/Captura-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10577 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/11\/Captura-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"538\" height=\"362\" assessors.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orientem els centres que es plantegen formar part de la XCB a partir de reunions on contextualitzem la seva situaci\u00f3, expectatives, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acollim als centres nous (sessi\u00f3 0 a nivell de xarxa i sessi\u00f3 0 a nivell de territori)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fem un seguiment acurat dels centres nous (sobretot a les primeres sessions) -contacte telef\u00f2nic, correu, videotrucada o visita- per tal d\u2019acompanyar en la implementaci\u00f3 de les actuacions de la xarxa a la seva realitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acompanyem en la realitzaci\u00f3 i seguiment de tasques, aix\u00ed com en el retorn amb valoracions que facilitin el proc\u00e9s de canvi en el centre. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019altra banda, gr\u00e0cies al nostre coneixement de la realitat dels centres que hi participen, \u00e9s molt important la tasca de preparaci\u00f3 de les diferents sessions de la XCB<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a nivell central<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a nivell territorial<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i finalment, adaptant-ho a la realitat dels centres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s en aquest \u00faltim punt on hem coincidit que tenim un cam\u00ed per rec\u00f3rrer, que \u00e9s un apartat on hi volem dedicar m\u00e9s temps i esfor\u00e7 perqu\u00e8 encara sigui m\u00e9s \u00fatil per als centres, ja que seria com una avaluaci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s de canvi -en aquell aspecte concret que el centre es planteja- des d\u2019un punt de vista extern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destaquem el treball en equip que es realitza, ja que en tot el proc\u00e9s intervenen dinamitzadors de diferents CRP i Serveis Territorials, a m\u00e9s dels t\u00e8cnics de Serveis Centrals, fet que enriqueix les nostres actuacions i permet el funcionament d\u2019una petita xarxa de professionals que compartim estrat\u00e8gies per a l\u2019acompanyament dels centres i un lideratge compartit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els punts forts en el disseny d\u2019aquest proc\u00e9s formatiu que possibilita el canvi s\u00f3n l\u2019estructura de funcionament i el pla de treball que facilita la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de tasques tant de l\u2019assessor com del docent, el recull d\u2019evid\u00e8ncies i les tasques d\u2019implementaci\u00f3 a desenvolupar per poder arribar als objectius establerts. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partir d\u2019un full de ruta amb una proposta de millora on el comprom\u00eds i els rols queden ben definits des de l\u2019inici permet avan\u00e7ar en els processos de canvis
