{"id":10580,"date":"2021-12-01T08:59:22","date_gmt":"2021-12-01T07:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/?p=10580"},"modified":"2021-12-10T03:34:31","modified_gmt":"2021-12-10T02:34:31","slug":"acompanyament-a-un-centre-en-transformacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/portada\/acompanyament-a-un-centre-en-transformacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Acompanyament a un centre en transformaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Primer contacte 04\/21.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Un centre s\u2019adre\u00e7a al CRP i sol\u00b7licita si, donada l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia docent d\u2019un professional del CRP a una escola c\u00edclica, podem ajudar a orientar un canvi que es vol fer organitzant grups-classe barrejant alumnes de diferents edats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plantegem al centre alguns dubtes: Per quin motiu us ho plantegeu? Qu\u00e8 voleu millorar? Heu parlat amb les fam\u00edlies? Ho comparteixen?&#8230;\u00a0 Existeix una intu\u00efci\u00f3 que els diu que pot ser millor pels alumnes per\u00f2 no s\u2019acaba de concretar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Concreci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica 05\/21.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Donat que el centre pateix un p\u00e8rdua significativa d\u2019alumnes i hi haur\u00e0 un canvi de direcci\u00f3 a l\u2019horitz\u00f3, plantegem una reuni\u00f3 a tres bandes: equip directiu, inspecci\u00f3 educativa i CRP. D\u2019aquesta reuni\u00f3 surt un primer consens que un canvi d\u2019aquesta envergadura \u00e9s prou important com per abordar-ho de forma reflexiva. Acordem un proc\u00e9s d\u2019acompanyament de dos cursos que porti al centre a definir la seva visi\u00f3 i una proposta de canvis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>06\/21<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Comencem la fase de negociaci\u00f3 i acordem diferents aspectes com per exemple el rol que haur\u00e0 de jugar el CRP:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019assessorament \u00e9s un acompanyament en la presa de decisions del centre. L\u2019acompanyant juga un rol de facilitador d\u2019eines i din\u00e0miques. Aquestes van orientades a anar avan\u00e7ant en diferents moments:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexi\u00f3 per la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 en la necessitat de canvi.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diagnosi, proposta de millora i comprom\u00eds del claustre.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planificaci\u00f3 de la proposta de millora i detecci\u00f3 de necessitats.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posada en pr\u00e0ctica, experimentaci\u00f3\u2026<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retorn, avaluaci\u00f3 i consolidaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es planteja com a formaci\u00f3 del sistema si no des de la perspectiva de treball intern del claustre per a la millora.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Seguim concretant 09\/21. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019equip directiu comparteix la proposta amb el claustre i presenta una proposta del que podria ser l\u2019itinerari a realitzar al llarg de dos cursos. Aquest itinerari que es planteja com una proposta oberta li diem <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1HVji494zrMIHP7YXZwRGOyHvjTzTO07z\/view?usp=sharing\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A vista d\u2019ocell<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i amb l\u2019equip directiu acordem un calendari aproximat de cada fase a 2 cursos vista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El CRP afegeix aquesta actuaci\u00f3 al propi pla de treball del servei educatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>I<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/11\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2021-11-29-a-les-16.01.10.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10581 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/11\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2021-11-29-a-les-16.01.10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"468\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/11\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2021-11-29-a-les-16.01.10.png 525w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/11\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2021-11-29-a-les-16.01.10-300x162.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px\" \/><\/a>nici de l\u2019acompanyament 10\/21. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019acompanyament s\u2019inicia amb una fase de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 per enfocar els canvis. Cada dia hi ha una reuni\u00f3 pr\u00e8via amb l\u2019equip directiu en la que anem aprofundint la fase de negociaci\u00f3 i despr\u00e8s una sessi\u00f3 amb tot els claustre. De forma pr\u00e8via a l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de la situaci\u00f3 del centre busquem que el claustre comparteixi vocabulari i significat. Per fer-ho utilitzem din\u00e0miques que treballen els 4 pilars de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 (Delors), els 7 principis de l\u2019aprenentatge (OCDE), les dimensions del canvi (LTE) i els processos de canvi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Futur immediat.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En el moment d\u2019escriure aquest article (11\/21) estem acabant aquesta fase de compartir vocabulari i veure la necessitat de canvi i estem a punt d\u2019iniciar una autodiagnosi. Per fer-ho utilitzarem dades pr\u00f2pies (ACL\u2026), externes (proves 6\u00e8\u2026) i l\u2019eina d\u2019autoconeixement de centre (LTE). Pr\u00e8viament haurem promogut la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un grup impulsor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>M\u00e9s endavant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un cop feta l\u2019autodiagnosi, caldr\u00e0 marcar un moment en el qual el claustre agafi com<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prom\u00eds amb les seves pr\u00f2pies decisions, passar per un moment de participaci\u00f3 \/ comunicaci\u00f3 amb la comunitat educativa\u2026 A m\u00e9s en el moment que hi hagi el canvi de direcci\u00f3 al centre caldr\u00e0 revisar si l\u2019equip entrant est\u00e0 alineat tamb\u00e9 amb aquest proc\u00e9s, o no.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan passem a la fase d\u2019acompanyament la intervenci\u00f3 es far\u00e0 b\u00e0sicament amb l\u2019equip impulsor i no amb tot el claustre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecte a <\/span><b>les fonts i marc conceptual <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que utilitzem per dissenyar les activitats, din\u00e0miques\u2026 s\u00f3n diverses. Considerem que \u00e9s un bon fons d\u2019armari que es complementa amb refer\u00e8ncies a UNESCOCAT, Dewey, Marc Prensky, John Hattie&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grup
