Aquest assessorament es va dur a terme amb l’Escola el Tur\u00f3<\/a>, de Nou Barris (Barcelona).<\/p>\n

Va ser portat per un equip format per una persona de cada un dels diferents perfils professionals del Servei Educatiu<\/a>: CRP, EAP (psicopedagoga, treballadora social i fisioterapeuta) i eLIC.<\/p>\n

Els agents participants per part del centre van ser l’equip directiu, una mestra de P3 i una mestra de refor\u00e7 definitiva al centre.<\/p>\n

Es va establir com a objectiu de l’assessorament la millora de la reuni\u00f3 d’inici de curs a P-3, doncs en els darrers curs l’assist\u00e8ncia i participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies era molt escassa.<\/p>\n

A partir del treball conjunt es van acordar les seg\u00fcents actuacions:<\/p>\n

      1. Orientar la demanda.<\/li>\n
      2. Delimitar rols.<\/li>\n
      3. Recollir i analitzar les pr\u00e0ctiques que ja es duen a terme.<\/li>\n
      4. Analitzar documents, informes, i experi\u00e8ncies sobre el contingut de millora.<\/li>\n
      5. Elaborar hip\u00f2tesis sobre possibles millores espec\u00edfiques.<\/li>\n
      6. Planificar conjuntament els canvis de millora.<\/li>\n
      7. Acordar el proc\u00e9s d’introducci\u00f3, seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 de les millores.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        La valoraci\u00f3 de l’assessorament per part dels agents participants del centre va ser molt satisfact\u00f2ria, tant per a la din\u00e0mica de treball establerta com per els resultats assolits respecte l’objectiu de millora: l’assist\u00e8ncia i participaci\u00f3 de fam\u00edlies a la reuni\u00f3 d’inici de curs va augmentar de manera significativa i la transfer\u00e8ncia de la proposta a reunions d’altres cursos es contempla com a un element clau en edicions posteriors.<\/p>\n
