{"id":10731,"date":"2021-12-13T15:48:21","date_gmt":"2021-12-13T14:48:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/?p=10731"},"modified":"2021-12-13T15:48:21","modified_gmt":"2021-12-13T14:48:21","slug":"sumem-tots-per-la-llengua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/portada\/sumem-tots-per-la-llengua\/","title":{"rendered":"Sumem tots per la llengua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El CRP de Badalona ens presenta una proposta que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del Servei Educatiu donat que tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;impliquen de manera activa i proactiva els Serveis Espec\u00edfics.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assessorament que estem duent a terme parteix d\u2019una demanda del centre. \u00c9s un centre de prim\u00e0ria d\u2019alta complexitat, situat en el barri m\u00e9s poblat de Badalona (m\u00e9s de 100.000 hab). L\u2019escola t\u00e9 for\u00e7a matr\u00edcula viva i un alt\u00edssim percentatge d\u2019immigraci\u00f3 o alumnat nascut a Catalunya per\u00f2 que no tenen la llengua catalana com a llengua pr\u00f2pia.<\/p>\n<p>El centre no sabia com integrar els espais de llengua i consci\u00e8ncia fonol\u00f2gics\u00a0 en els racons de cicle inicial, la metodologia amb la que treballen majorit\u00e0riament al centre i va demanar ajuda al CRP, que ho va vehicular via l\u2019assessorament col.\u00b7laboratiu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10732 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"307\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF.jpg 995w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF-300x209.jpg 300w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF-768x536.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 307px) 100vw, 307px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vam comen\u00e7ar centrant-nos en la fase 1 (creaci\u00f3 de les condicions i l\u2019establiment negociat d\u2019objectius, continguts i previsions del proc\u00e9s de canvi), implicant-nos en un primer moment una persona per cada perfil del SE (crp, eap-psi, eap-ts, lic, creda, etc.), escoltant la veu del SEZ i la del centre (que va rebre molt positivament la proposta de l\u2019assessorament) i comen\u00e7ant a concretar el rol de lideratge compartit entre SEZ i centre.<\/p>\n<p>Entre totes es va formular la proposta de millora (concreta, establint les professionals de SEZ que s\u2019hi implicarien): <em>\u201cAplicar el treball de consci\u00e8ncia fonol\u00f2gica a la metodologia de racons del centre a 1r de prim\u00e0ria amb la idea de sistematitzar-lo m\u00e9s endavant a tot el Cicle Inicial<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Es van anar mantenint algunes sessions de treball amb l\u2019equip directiu, la mestra d\u2019EE i les dues tutores de primer per tal de delimitar el millor possible els aspectes de millora.<\/p>\n<p>En una segona fase (an\u00e0lisi del centre i de les pr\u00e0ctiques educatives actuals) es van recollir i analitzar les pr\u00e0ctiques docents respecte als continguts de millora acordats (gravacions a l\u2019aula durant les hores de racons, recollida dels documents sobre consci\u00e8ncia fonol\u00f2gica del centre, etc.), fins arribar a un consens entre el centre i el SE en la necessitat de disposar de bases te\u00f2riques sobre aquest treball de consci\u00e8ncia fonol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10733 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"282\" height=\"189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF2.jpg 537w, https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/secrp\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2432\/2021\/12\/CF2-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 282px) 100vw, 282px\" \/><\/a>Arribat a aquest punt vam avan\u00e7ar cap a la fase 3 (elaboraci\u00f3 de propostes concretes de canvi i millora ), aix\u00ed que un cop concretades les propostes de millora en relaci\u00f3 a la demanda del centre, es va concretar tamb\u00e9 el format m\u00e9s adient per a la millora docent de les bases te\u00f2riques sobre CF (activitat formativa amb bona base te\u00f2rica sobre la CF), es va dissenyar\u00a0una planificaci\u00f3 conjunta (amb continu\u00eftat durat el curs vinent)\u00a0 i es van preveure els criteris i les eines d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 per a l\u2019alumnat, l\u2019equip docent implicat i el SE (per part del SE es van elaborar dues propostes organitzatives per treballar la CF dins l\u2019aula -modelatge i acompanyament en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de material, i per part del centre es van comprometre a elaborar un dec\u00e0leg en acabar la formaci\u00f3 i elaborar material per als racons).<\/p>\n<p>A principis del curs 21-22 el centre ha dut a terme un taller sobre consci\u00e8ncia fonol\u00f2gica i actualment s\u2019est\u00e0 elaborant el dec\u00e0leg sobre el marc te\u00f2ric de la CF per treballar la consci\u00e8ncia fonol\u00f2gica a cicle inicial. S\u2019han dut a terme tamb\u00e9 diverses trobades amb el centre i el SEZ per revisar el que s\u2019havia fet durant el primer any i acabar de planificar aquest curs. Est\u00e0 previst que durant el mes de febrer les referents del CREDA facin un modelatge a una de les dues classes de 1r i que, entre mar\u00e7 i juny del 2022 s\u2019implementi el treball de Consci\u00e8ncia Fonol\u00f2gica a 1r a partir del Dec\u00e0leg elaborat d\u2019acord amb la metodologia del centre.<\/p>\n<p>Grup 3 : CRP Ciutat de Badalona, CRP Vall\u00e9s Oriental IV, Vall\u00e8s
