Unes matem\u00e0tiques que no agradaven ni apassionaven a la majoria d\u2019alumnes, doncs no les entenien provocant un\u00a0<strong>sentiment d\u2019incapacitat<\/strong>\u00a0vers el seu aprenentatge. Unes matem\u00e0tiques que no facilitaven un\u00a0<strong>di\u00e0leg entre iguals<\/strong>\u00a0portant-los a\u00a0<strong>fer-se preguntes<\/strong>\u00a0i q\u00fcestionant idees i conceptes. Unes matem\u00e0tiques que no propiciaven que els alumnes realitzessin\u00a0<strong>connexions<\/strong>\u00a0entre els aprenentatges per fomentar el fet d\u2019<strong>expressar i comunicar<\/strong>\u00a0els seus coneixements, o que portessin a idear\u00a0<strong>hip\u00f2tesis, argumentar i fer conjectures\u00a0<\/strong>per despr\u00e9s comprovar-ne la\u00a0<strong>soluci\u00f3<\/strong>\u2026 En definitiva, i sempre en paraules del propi centre,\u00a0 unes matem\u00e0tiques del\u00a0<strong>segle XX.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia d\u2019acompanyament a centre neix de la voluntat\/necessitat de l\u2019ESC Gaspar de Queralt (Amer) vers un nou plantejament did\u00e0ctic en l\u2019\u00e0mbit matem\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s d\u2019una nova mirada dels algoritmes de c\u00e0lcul es busca una l\u00ednia metodol\u00f2gica d\u2019escola que sigui m\u00e9s competencial. Es passa per diferents fases.<\/p>\n<p>Tot comen\u00e7a fa uns cursos en el seminari de matem\u00e0tiques manipulatives del CRP Selva I. Seminari que s\u2019ha realitzat molts anys i que hores d\u2019ara encara mantenim. I que ha aplegat diversos docents i centres. En el seminari\u00a0 en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 es va treballar l\u2019an\u00e0lisi i el coneixement de les dimensions, les caracter\u00edstiques i exemples d\u2019activitats competencials, assessoraments d\u2019expertesa a c\u00e0rrec d\u2019Ant\u00f3n Aubanell, \u00c0ngel Alsina i Elvira Figueras. Tamb\u00e9 visites a centres que implementaven una matem\u00e0tica competencial i manipulativa\u2026<\/p>\n<p>El proc\u00e9s passa despr\u00e9s per assessoraments dins de diferents\u00a0 PFZ al propi centre. El CRP assessorem en el disseny i implementaci\u00f3, tant de les activitats formatives en centre com en les mateixes activitats d\u2019aula, les quals acaben recollides en una eina que serveix al centre i al professorat com a llibre digital. Totes aquestes activitats es poden filtrar per cicles, continguts clau, compet\u00e8ncies\u2026 Aquesta eina feta amb aplicatius de google i d\u2019\u00fas intern, est\u00e0 endre\u00e7ada a la intranet del centre, tamb\u00e9 realitzada amb l\u2019acompanyament del CRP. El disseny i contingut tant de l\u2019eina com de l\u2019allotjament en web, rau del treball reflexiu i pedag\u00f2gic del propi claustre i equip directiu. A l\u2019apartat de programacions de matem\u00e0tiques el claustre hi troba recursos, fitxes, activitats, material de les formacions realitzades, etc.<\/p>\n<p>En els diferents seminaris de matem\u00e0tiques, o en diferents PFZ de zona, hem compartit l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia, materials i\/o continguts. D\u2019aquesta manera intentem fer xarxa i que altres centres de la zona puguin aprofitar la dedicaci\u00f3 i acompanyament fet en aquest centre. Aix\u00ed, for\u00e7a centres de la zona han dissenyat activitats formatives en centre per encarar les matem\u00e0tiques des d\u2019un punt de vista m\u00e9s competencial i significatiu. En tenim exemples. Fins i tot d\u2019algun centre han sorgit \u201cmestres formadors\u201d que acompanyen altres claustres.<\/p>\n<p>Podem valorar l\u2019impacte i transfer\u00e8ncia a centre a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00fas dels materials elaborats, dels diferents informes de les activitats formatives realitzades en centre (veure enlla\u00e7os). Aix\u00ed com la valoraci\u00f3 que fa el propi centre, b\u00e9 sigui a nivell dels resultats que s\u2019estan obtenint i reflectits a la seves PGA, o b\u00e9 fru\u00eft de la percepci\u00f3 i significativitat dels canvis realitzats per part de la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Afegir tamb\u00e9 que des de la mediateca del SE procurem adquirir i fomentar recursos per treballar en aquesta
