En aquesta Jornada es compartiran els elements clau, transversals en relaci\u00f3 a l\u2019acompanyament que es fa als centres des dels diferents programes liderats des de la SDG per impulsar un model d\u2019acompanyament de qualitat i compartit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El context actual de canvi de paradigma en el que els centres han d\u2019esdevenir organitzacions que aprenen, impulsa la necessitat de repensar els processos de desenvolupament professional per avan\u00e7ar en la transformaci\u00f3 educativa i la innovaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Compartim programa i
