{"id":8189,"date":"2025-09-18T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/shine\/?p=8189"},"modified":"2025-09-23T09:08:24","modified_gmt":"2025-09-23T07:08:24","slug":"article-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/shine\/portada\/article-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Work in progress!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>El programa Shine impulsa la formaci\u00f3 i el treball en equip per a un assessorament de qualitat als centres educatius<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant el mes de setembre, els Coordinadors de Lleng\u00fces Estrangeres (CLE) dels diferents Serveis Territorials, juntament amb les persones assessores del programa Shine, han intensificat la seva col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 per preparar l\u2019inici dels assessoraments als centres educatius, previstos per a l\u2019octubre en aquesta primera edici\u00f3 del programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el lideratge del Servei de Lleng\u00fces Estrangeres i d&#8217;Origen, s\u2019han organitzat diverses sessions de formaci\u00f3 i din\u00e0miques de treball en equip adre\u00e7ades tant als CLEs com a les persones assessores. Aquestes trobades tenen com a objectiu principal dotar els equips de les eines i estrat\u00e8gies necess\u00e0ries per garantir un acompanyament de qualitat als centres participants, alineat amb els objectius del programa Shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019equip es mostra especialment motivat i il\u00b7lusionat per con\u00e8ixer de prop els centres que formaran part d\u2019aquest projecte i per acompanyar-los en aquest cam\u00ed compartit cap a la millora de l\u2019ensenyament de la llengua anglesa. El programa Shine aposta per la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua i el suport personalitzat com a claus per a l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Animeu-vos a
