Podem trobar exemples de projectes digitals en \u00e0mbits tan diversos com l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, la sanitat, la creaci\u00f3 cultural, l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 assistencial, el lleure, l&#8217;ecologia, l&#8217;economia, la pol\u00edtica o el dret&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->De fet, en qualsevol \u00e0mbit social, econ\u00f2mic o de coneixement, trobarem exemples en qu\u00e8 les TIC ofereixen solucions i, darrera d&#8217;aquestes solucions, sempre hi ha persones. Malauradament, encara poques d&#8217;aquestes persones s\u00f3n dones i aix\u00f2 condiciona el m\u00f3n digital i les solucions que el nodreixen.<\/p>\n<p>La diversitat social, cultural, \u00e8tnica i de g\u00e8nere que trobem a la societat s&#8217;ha de plasmar de la forma m\u00e9s fidel possible a la societat digital i, d&#8217;entrada, un dels grans reptes \u00e9s que les noies s&#8217;acostin primer a aquests estudis i, despr\u00e9s, desenvolupin professions en aquest camp. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s imprescindible, com a m\u00ednim, per dues raons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>no ens podem permetre que quasi la meitat del talent quedi al marge de la concepci\u00f3 de les solucions sobre les que es construeix la societat de la informaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 ens fa perdre la meitat d&#8217;oportunitats, o m\u00e9s, si tenim en compte que el rendiment i resultats acad\u00e8mics generals de les noies sempre estan per sobre dels que tenen els nois;<\/li>\n<li>el sector digital t\u00e9 un creixement econ\u00f2mic consolidat, \u00e9s transversal, poc susceptible d&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 i ofereix llocs de treball m\u00e9s ben remunerats que la mitjana i, per tant, renunciar a treballar-hi suposa un risc d&#8217;agreujar la bretxa salarial ja existent entre homes i dones.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Des de 2010, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/ITU-D\/Digital-Inclusion\/Women-and-Girls\/Girls-in-ICT-Portal\/Pages\/GirlsInICTDay\/2020\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dia internacional de les nenes en les TIC<\/a> se celebra el quart dijous d&#8217;abril que, el 2020, cau en 23 d&#8217;abril. Si aquest any hagu\u00e9s estat normal, segurament aquesta diada hauria quedat eclipsada a casa nostra per la festa de Sant Jordi, per\u00f2, per desgr\u00e0cia, enguany \u00e9s excepcional i aquest Sant Jordi ser\u00e0 at\u00edpic. Si coneixes altres persones que treballin en l'\u00e0mbit de les TIC, explica breument qui s\u00f3n i a qu\u00e8 es dediquen.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>T'agradaria seguir estudis en l'\u00e0mbit de la inform\u00e0tica o les telecomunicacions quan acabis l'ESO o el Batxillerat? Justifica la teva resposta explicant per qu\u00e8 s\u00ed o per qu\u00e8 no, et planteges seguir estudis en aquest camp.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<strong>Bon Sant Jordi i bon dia de les nenes en les TIC!<\/strong>\n\nSelecciona i comparteix els treballs m\u00e9s destacats que hagin fet les teves i els teus alumnes.
