Es proporcionen les condicions per a qu\u00e8 es puguin establir veritables comunitats de pr\u00e0ctica que propici\u00efn l\u2019aprenentatge entre iguals. Aix\u00f2 passa per establir uns primers marcs de confian\u00e7a a trav\u00e9s del contacte interpersonal. <!--more--><\/p>\n<h6>Objectius de la proposta formativa<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Generar espais de di\u00e0leg informal entre els membres del nucli impulsor dels 118 centres del programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica STEAMcat, que portin a la creaci\u00f3 de complicitats.<\/li>\n<li>Propiciar la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una comunitat d\u2019aprenentatge real entre els centres.<\/li>\n<li>Generar sentit de pertinen\u00e7a i de compartir un objectiu com\u00fa.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir temps per desenvolupar sessions de treball m\u00e9s llargues.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia dels docents dels centres de les perif\u00e8ries (millor per ells fer un treball intens en un mateix despla\u00e7ament)<\/li>\n<li>Donar a con\u00e8ixer recursos singulars i competencials rics i en context (CdA p. ex.)<\/li>\n<li>Generar temps de reflexi\u00f3 i de treball compartit de membres de centres: per centre, nivell, Servei Territorial, similituds i difer\u00e8ncies en el proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Posar al docent en el rol de l\u2019alumne. Des de la intenci\u00f3 de posar el docent en el rol de l\u2019alumne, volem incorporar a la nostra activitat formativa les metodologies did\u00e0ctiques associades al programa STEAMcat, que es caracteritzen per ser:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Significatives<\/strong> i <strong>contextualitzades<\/strong>, en quan a que parteixen de la realitat de l\u2019alumnat i dels seus coneixements i experi\u00e8ncies pr\u00e8vies<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00edtiques<\/strong>, ja que promouen que l\u2019alumnat analitzi situacions per poder posicionar-s\u2019hi i prendre decisions al respecte, tot avaluant les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de les seves decisions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Actives<\/strong>, ja que fomenten la proactivitat de l\u2019alumnat en la consecuci\u00f3 dels seus objectius, \u00e9s a dir: ser investigador, creador, cercador de solucions, dissenyador, avaluador&#8230; i, per aix\u00f2, es treballen i desenvolupen aspectes com la curiositat, la formulaci\u00f3 de preguntes, el \u201ctinkering\u201c, la gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019error i de la frustraci\u00f3&#8230;entre altres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprenentatge centrat en l\u2019alumne<\/strong>, ja que proposen un canvi de paradigma, on el docent passa a ser un acompanyant de l\u2019alumne en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, un facilitador de bastides, alhora que l\u2019alumnat es fa responsable de la realitzaci\u00f3 (consecuci\u00f3, \u2026) de la seva feina i n\u2019\u00e9s el seu propi avaluador (i co-avaluador en cas de les tasques realitzades de forma cooperativa i\/o col\u00b7laborativa)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sostenibles<\/strong>, ja que es promou que les metodologies emprades puguin reproduir-se en diferents situacions, temes, moments\u2026.de la manera m\u00e9s sostenible possible<\/li>\n<li>Impliquen realitzar tasques a partir del treball <strong>cooperatiu<\/strong> i <strong>col\u00b7laboratiu<\/strong> de l\u2019alumnat (incloent el treball en xarxa), alhora que tamb\u00e9 individual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inclusiva<\/strong> i <strong>integradora<\/strong> en un sentit ampli , atenent a diferents escenaris i realitats relacionats amb els agents del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i als propis aprenentatges: maneres d\u2019aprendre, maneres de ser, continguts, formes d\u2019expressar imputs i outputs, processos de resoluci\u00f3 de problemes,&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Alguns exemples de <strong>metodologies globalitzades<\/strong> que compleixen aquestes caracter\u00edstiques s\u00f3n l\u2019aprenentatge basat en problemes i l\u2019aprenentatge basat en projectes (ABP), el design thinking, el design doing,&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;
