L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s promoure creacions a Internet en les lleng\u00fces i cultures euroregionals fetes per joves d\u2019entre 16 i 30 anys que, paral\u00b7lelament, fomentin actituds positives pel que fa a la percepci\u00f3 que la comunitat jove t\u00e9 d\u2019aquestes lleng\u00fces.
