El model d&#8217;observaci\u00f3 entre iguals de la Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies \u00e9s sempre rec\u00edproc. Es considera una forma inicial de codoc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div wp-elements-a2fecff272e81b328048056e064fa676\" style=\"color:#660000\">L\u2019observaci\u00f3 entre iguals, entesa en un marc de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 docent, de pr\u00e0ctica reflexiva i de reciprocitat, pot ser una eina per a la millora de les pr\u00e0ctiques docents i, alhora, un instrument per modelitzar el feedback o retroalimentaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat, un dels elements centrals de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 per a l\u2019aprenentatge. \u00c9s una estrat\u00e8gia que va un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 i refor\u00e7a l\u2019aprenentatge docent entre iguals (Duran, 2019), objectiu prioritari de la Xarxa Cb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36c09d444b8bd1b651bef38e3c4629ca\" style=\"color:#660000\">Es tracta, doncs, d\u2019una pr\u00e0ctica reflexiva i situada en l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 concreta de l\u2019aula, que ha de permetre que les parelles de docents indaguin o analitzin les seves pr\u00f2pies pr\u00e0ctiques reals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-411df5a2edfdda394d1c014006a9e356\" style=\"color:#660000\">Tenim previst que aquesta pr\u00e0ctica es torni a realitzar durant els pr\u00f2xims cursos de la Xarxa Cb amb la voluntat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"color:#660000\" class=\"wp-block-list has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1b0718bcd69dc0fb1f4b2825260da96e\">\n<li>d\u2019aprendre dels altres docents per a la millora professional,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>i com a modelatge de com fer un bon feedback per facilitar l\u2019aprenentatge de l&#8217;alumnat a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formadora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading caixa has-text-color has-background
