La majoria d\u2019alumnes tendeixen a posar-se a fer una activitat sense haver planificat pr\u00e8viament com realitzar-la, i els ensenyants sovint reforcen aquesta tend\u00e8ncia, ja que avaluen m\u00e9s els resultats d\u2019una tasca que no pas la seva planificaci\u00f3. Cal, per tant, dedicar temps a avaluar i regular la planificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019acci\u00f3. \u00c9s important que l\u2019alumnat posi per escrit en qu\u00e8 ha de pensar o qu\u00e8 ha de fer per resoldre un determinat tipus de tasca abans de fer-la i ajudar-lo a autoregular la seva representaci\u00f3 i com l\u2019aplica.&nbsp;\u201cAvaluar \u00e9s aprendre\u201d&nbsp;(Neus Sanmart\u00ed)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"caixa has-small-font-size\">Per consolidar els aprenentatges s\u2019han de relacionar amb els aprenentatges previs adquirits per contrastar-los i reformular-los, si cal, en contrast amb els nous aprenentatges adquirits. Aquest proc\u00e9s ser\u00e0 clau per poder recon\u00e8ixer com s\u2019ha millorat en l\u2019assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies. <br><br>Els aprenents s\u00f3n diversos a l\u2019inici d\u2019un proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i tamb\u00e9 al final, per\u00f2 tots han d\u2019haver avan\u00e7at. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important que l\u2019aprenent reculli evid\u00e8ncies dels canvis i de les millores que ha realitzat per mostrar la seva progressi\u00f3. Si els alumnes identifiquen el seu punt de partida, per mitj\u00e0 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies i instruments d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i coavaluaci\u00f3, i com va avan\u00e7ant en el desenvolupament de les diferents compet\u00e8ncies i sabers associats podran consolidar els aprenentatges adquirits. <br><br>Si has escollit aquest pas, aquests s\u00f3n alguns dels instruments que ens poden ser \u00fatils per a afavorir que l\u2019aprenent sigui conscient de quin \u00e9s el seu punt de partida i dels coneixements previs:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
