No cal dir que les estrat\u00e8gies que s\u2019han d\u2019aplicar han de ser creatives, fugint de rutines, i que l\u2019alumnat les percebi com a \u00fatils i gratificants. Una bona retroalimentaci\u00f3 (feedback) 13 no es pot centrar a identificar errors sin\u00f3, en primer lloc, a recon\u00e8ixer el que ja es fa prou b\u00e9 o es creu que es fa prou b\u00e9 (i, per tant, no s\u2019ha d\u2019oblidar) i, en segon lloc, a ajudar a comprendre la idone\u00eftat de la l\u00f2gica aplicada en la realitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s la que cal revisar, i a suggerir possibles camins per avan\u00e7ar.&nbsp;\u201cAvaluar \u00e9s aprendre\u201d&nbsp;(Neus Sanmart\u00ed)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column caixa is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">En un proc\u00e9s educatiu, es coneix per retroalimentaci\u00f3, retroacci\u00f3 o feedback el proc\u00e9s per compartir amb una altra persona (docents, companys, familiars) idees que expliquen possibles obstacles o dificultats amb relaci\u00f3 a un objectiu d\u2019aprenentatge i, molt especialment, propostes per superar-los. Aquesta informaci\u00f3 -sovint per mitj\u00e0 de comentaris escrits i processos dial\u00f2gics qualitatius- permet que l\u2019alumne reflexioni sobre els seus objectius d\u2019aprenentatge, sobre el cam\u00ed realitzat per assolir-los o aproximar-s\u2019hi i sobre el pas seg\u00fcent a fer per avan\u00e7ar.<br><br>El feedback nom\u00e9s pot millorar l&#8217;aprenentatge quan els aprenents en poden treure partit, \u00e9s a dir, si s&#8217;utilitzen per millorar el que aprenen. I aix\u00f2 nom\u00e9s pot tenir lloc mentre estan aprenent i tenen la possibilitat de revisar i millorar la seva tasca abans de donar-la per conclosa. A vegades, cal demanar als propis alumnes en quines tasques volen rebre feedback. <br><br>Els comentaris escrits o verbals han d\u2019aportar informacions que ajudin els alumnes a entendre les raons de les dificultats i errors i tamb\u00e9 dels encerts, ja que no sempre l\u2019aprenent reconeix que el recorregut o part d\u2019ell \u00e9s correcte. No es tracta de fer lloances ni de donar consells, ni tampoc de \u201cdonar la resposta correcta\u201d, sin\u00f3 de proporcionar feedback espec\u00edfic, concret, oport\u00fa i propositiu, que motivi l\u2019alumne a fer el seg\u00fcent pas.<br><br>El feedback pot ser proporcionat pels iguals i no \u00fanicament pel docent. Cal fer accions i destinar espais perqu\u00e8 els alumnes siguin capa\u00e7os de rebre i donar-se feedback. Hi ha diverses t\u00e8cniques que poden proporcionar rutines per crear moments de feedback, aix\u00ed com recomanacions per saber donar i rebre feedback.<br><br>Si has escollit aquest pas, aquests
