I tamb\u00e9 conv\u00e9 variar-ne l\u2019estructura per evitar la rutina. Cal diferenciar una carpeta d\u2019aprenentatge dels tradicionals \u00e0lbums i dossiers, pel fet que en el primer cas es tracta d\u2019un recull personalitzat d\u2019aprenentatges amb una gran implicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenent. A m\u00e9s, comporta dedicar-hi un temps setmanal, perqu\u00e8 requereix aprendre a escollir quines s\u00f3n bones evid\u00e8ncies i, molt especialment, a reflexionar metacognitivament. Amb aquesta finalitat s\u00f3n clau les preguntes que plantegem per afavorir-ho.&nbsp;\u201cAvaluar \u00e9s aprendre\u201d&nbsp;(Neus Sanmart\u00ed)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column caixa has-small-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sens dubte, al llarg d\u2019un proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge es recullen moltes dades que poden servir per valorar el nivell dels sabers de tot tipus que es van adquirint. Entre totes les activitats que du a terme l\u2019alumnat, cal escollir aquelles que puguin utilitzar-se per avaluar i qualificar el nivell de desenvolupament d\u2019algun component de les diferents compet\u00e8ncies, \u00e9s a dir, les que proporcionen m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 i evid\u00e8ncies per saber el que l\u2019alumne o alumna ha apr\u00e8s i en quin grau. <br><br>Per tant, l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que pret\u00e9n identificar el grau de desenvolupament competencial no t\u00e9 gaire sentit fonamentar-la en un examen final, ni dedicar uns determinats dies a fer \u201cproves d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3\u201d. M\u00e9s aviat, cal avaluar en moments diferents i a partir d\u2019activitats d\u2019aprenentatge ben diverses. En aquest sentit, \u00e9s molt \u00fatil l\u2019\u00fas de la carpeta i del diari d\u2019aprenentatge, que pot tenir tant una finalitat formativa (cada alumne la va completant al llarg del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, amb les seves metareflexions), com acreditativa, ja que s\u2019hi recullen evid\u00e8ncies dels canvis i les millores que ha seleccionat l\u2019aprenent per mostrar la seva progressi\u00f3. Inclou els seus objectius i les activitats que ha realitzat, que mostren el punt de partida i com va avan\u00e7ant en el desenvolupament de les diferents compet\u00e8ncies i sabers associats. S\u00f3n clau les reflexions sobre qu\u00e8 no sap prou b\u00e9 encara i qu\u00e8 far\u00e0 (o ha fet) per revisar els errors. T\u00e9 la qualitat de fer transparent el cam\u00ed recorregut i el progr\u00e9s, i no \u00fanicament els resultats. <br><br>La carpeta o el diari pot ser individual o de classe, digital o convencional, temporal o de m\u00e9s llarga durada. La intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s que sigui una eina a favor de la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge. Pot ser un suport perqu\u00e8 l\u2019aprenent mostri i verbalitzi als seus iguals, als docents i a les fam\u00edlies el que ha apr\u00e8s.<br><br>Si has escollit aquest pas, la carpeta d\u2019aprenentatge \u00e9s l\u2019instrument que ens pot ser \u00fatil per proporcionar estrat\u00e8gies i instruments als aprenents per recollir proves o evid\u00e8ncies del seu progr\u00e9s i comunicar qu\u00e8 ha apr\u00e8s i com ho ha apr\u00e8s:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-3
