Funciona en ple, en comissions i\/o en subcomissions, que es creen espec\u00edficament per tractar q\u00fcestions relacionades amb la qualitat de l\u2019ensenyament i per reflexionar sobre temes d\u2019actualitat que poden preocupar a la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Dins d\u2019aquest marc, en el Ple del 30 d\u2019octubre de 2018, el Consell Escolar de Catalunya va rebre la petici\u00f3 del conseller d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, el senyor Bargall\u00f3, d\u2019elaborar un nou informe marc sobre l\u2019\u00fas de les tecnologies m\u00f2bils als centres educatius de Catalunya i crear un programa pioner que integri el valor educatiu de les tecnologies digitals en la vida di\u00e0ria dels centres. Per tant, es va crear la Subcomissi\u00f3 de Cultura Digital per realitzar aquest enc\u00e0rrec, presidida per la senyora Coral Reg\u00ed. Cal recordar que el Consell Escolar de Catalunya va elaborar l\u2019informe Les tecnologies m\u00f2bils als centres educatius (2015), que va posar les bases per el futur desplegament de les tecnologies m\u00f2bils en el m\u00f3n educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>La Subcomissi\u00f3 de Cultura Digital es va constituir el dia 5 de desembre de 2018. Paral\u00b7lelament, es va crear el grup de debat hom\u00f2nim en l\u2019espai Consescat, de participaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia del Consell Escolar de Catalunya, amb la finalitat de donar suport a les activitats de participaci\u00f3 i debat, compartint coneixements, experi\u00e8ncies i opinions. Actualment hi ha 72 membres i s\u2019hi poden consultar tots els documents que s\u2019han considerat interessants per als treballs de la subcomissi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La Subcomissi\u00f3 ha estat treballant per impulsar la implementaci\u00f3 de les eines i usos digitals en el nostre sistema educatiu i consensuar recomanacions sobre l\u2019\u00fas dels dispositius m\u00f2bils a l\u2019aula a fi de traslladar al Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 propostes per millorar la qualitat, equitat i inclusi\u00f3 en el sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p><a
