The European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) is ready to launch another intensive week of awareness-raising activities from 19 to 27 November 2022.
For its 14th edition, 16,129 actions related to waste reduction, product reuse, repair, materials recycling, as well as clean-ups will be carried out across 30 countries in Europe and beyond.

The EWWR is a leading international campaign promoting waste prevention during a single week in November.
It brings together participants from various backgrounds and sectors – schools, public administrations, companies, NGOs but also citizens – to organise awareness-raising actions at different levels: local, regional, national, and even international.
The objective of these actions is to change the behavior surrounding consumption and production patterns and waste generation habits with the aim of contributing to reaching waste reduction and climate neutrality targets.
